Just picked up a large hot chocolate b2²apple. Spice and ²lemon donuts there was no fillings at all the first one I thought was a fluke but 3 donuts no filling who the hell was in charge of filling the donuts this am? 10 dollars for horlt chocolate and 4dey ass donuts😡😡

Took 3 tries just to get an order right. Everything was wrong three separate times. Don’t go here if you need specifics. I ordered no meat bagels and got 3 different things before I got what I actually ordered. Check your order here they will put you into anaphylactic shock! Food and drinks had to be remade. And they only put 5 hasbrowns in my hash brown bites pack. Literally 5. No receipt bc why would 3 men behind a counter ever think about doing their jobs correctly.

Stopped this morning for one coffee. Gentleman running the store this morning must be one of if not the most professional, courteous, expedient and kind humans I have ever encountered in the fast food industry. Exemplary.

Just went through their driveway and ordered my little girl some donut holes. I told them we wanted chocolate and powdered donut holes and we got powered and what looked like glazed with red jelly inside. Tried to call and got no answer

I ordered take out through uber eats ordered an almond crossiant, coffee roll, munchkins, everything bagel bites, and a drink. I received 2 drinks and plain bagel bites. Thats not even half of my order.. what donut/coffee shop doesnt sell donuts.. dunkin is more of a donut shop not coffee..ridiculous do better and hire staff that actually care about the customer and not the money more.. Tim hortons down the street does a better with donuts and thats a damn coffee shop fr. I tried calling to see if anything can be replaced considering i work n live down the street from them no answer i called 9 times no answer. just horrible dont go here unless u want a headache and an empty stomach.

Stopped off to use the restroom. We were greeted warmly by the manager. He even gave us his key to use the womens bthrm, bc someone had the key for the mens. He asked where we were from and engaged us in conversation. There was a dribe thru line, but I thought it was nice of him to engage us and actually everyone who walked through the doors. When I asked for another bag, he gave me one. He was making a drink for the drive-through, assisting his crew. Great customer service. The donuts were ok. I didn't eat mine right away. They were drying out by the time I ate mine🤨 Food just isn't the same anymore. Won't prevent me from ordering food from this establishment. Just nostalgic.

Every single time I come to this dunkin' donuts I have an issue when there is a certain person working there. I order the same thing every time I stop by. I asked for my snack and bacon well done because I do not like it cold or soggy. I like my bacon warm and crispy. However when this employee is there he refuses to reheat the bacon for me. Even though it is possible to do so. He said he's not allowed. I have gone to five other locations and nobody else has had an issue with reheating the bacon an even at this location I have asked them when he is not there and they have no problem doing so. I have been going to Dunkin for the past 4 years and never had a problem until the last 5 months at this location. Today I told him to just cancel my order and he got smart with me and said well that's fine! I do not understand how you could be in customer service serving people food but not willing to give them the food the way that they're asking. I'm not asking for them to make it fresh I'm just asking for it to be reheated it doesn't take more than 30 seconds.
