Every single time I come to this dunkin' donuts I have an issue when there is a certain person working there. I order the same thing every time I stop by. I asked for my snack and bacon well done because I do not like it cold or soggy. I like my bacon warm and crispy. However when this employee is there he refuses to reheat the bacon for me. Even though it is possible to do so. He said he's not allowed. I have gone to five other locations and nobody else has had an issue with reheating the bacon an even at this location I have asked them when he is not there and they have no problem doing so. I have been going to Dunkin for the past 4 years and never had a problem until the last 5 months at this location. Today I told him to just cancel my order and he got smart with me and said well that's fine! I do not understand how you could be in customer service serving people food but not willing to give them the food the way that they're asking. I'm not asking for them to make it fresh I'm just asking for it to be reheated it doesn't take more than 30 seconds.

Don’t tell someone in the drive thru you have no donuts and we can see donuts inside when we pull around. All my kid asked for all day was a spider donut and to be told no at the drive thru was ridiculous. Along with the person taking words was not helpful, rude, and we could barely hear them talking. We spot at this Dunkin’ Donuts every week and never had an issue until today. Very disappointing.

Even though this DD is a pretty far drive for me, I came by this morning to get my ice coffee and wow, I am blown away. Nick, the manager, was so kind and friendly. Actually, all the workers were so friendly!

The staff is just SO rude. I hate coming here and won't be returning. If the staff makes a mistake on your order, they are rude to you when correcting it. I don't understand why they treat their customers this way. #disappointed

This is the only location that serves cold bacon. They gave me bacon with very visible concealed grease on the bacon. This is the 3rd time in as many weeks. When I asked them to warm it, they got huffy as if they had to do more than stick it in the warmer for 10 seconds. I saw 6 employees working so they weren't short-staff.
