Anytime I come here, it’s an issue. Which I only come when I need something more than a drink. I go to Starbucks daily which is definitely worth the extra $2. First time was this summer, I was rushing to work & placed a mobil order & was on my way. My drink was straight milk & ice. They offered me a $2 coupon even though I literally went my shift without a drink. My mistake, I come again to get my siblings donuts. I got every part of my order except the churro frozen drink. Obviously they didn’t know how to make it. It was SUPPOSED to come with whipped cream, caramel on top & caramel drizzle. You know, it says it right in front of the workers FACES. They hand me the drink & close the drive through door. I’m heading home & realize my chai is coffee, or has espresso shots in it. I can’t drink coffee. I do not drink coffee ever. I am sitting here shaking like a nut before I go to work. Some people can’t have coffee because of MEDICAL issues. Not preference. These workers are clueless & lack the ability to perform simple tasks that are listed in front of their faces. I’m sure they’ll offer me $2 for both of the drinks that would’ve been $10+. Like I said, go to Starbucks. Coffee from Dunkin tastes like they let it sit overnight and longer. This is the funniest tasting chai I’ve ever had, when I drink it daily.

This place used to be my go to until I got a raw bagel sandwich 2 days ago and a rock hard muffin today. Guess I'll find another dunkin. The service has really gone downhill in the past few months.

Supervisor John very rude to me. I simply asked if they forgot about my coffee that I had ordered. He looked at me very mean rolled his eyes made my coffee that I had ordered and said her you go in a very hostile voice. I said oh I'm sorry I didn't know that the coffee was still brewing when I asked if they forgot my order. He looked at me really mean and rolled his eyes. Two other employees started to laugh. I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts daily for the past four years. I then sat down to ready my book for like an hour and he continued to give me mad face looks and rolling his eyes at me. I then observed that two black male customer's order and how he was not as pleasant to them as the white customers. Could this be a prejudice thing. I suggested that John's immediate supervision gets him be coached so that he can learn how to treat all customers no matter race, color, or creed with great customer service skills and respect.

Fast service, hot food, good quality drinks. It's a busier Dunkin due to the location in the businesses around it but if you have the time to go to it and wait you should definitely go there and order your drinks and food from there because they never disappoint one of the best dunkins in the area hands down.

I ordered two crullers and bagel bites plain. At the window she asked me if I wanted plain or old fashioned, thinking they come like that I said old fashioned and got two donuts instead. When I ordered we discussed plain bites and I ended up with everything instead. Complete wrong order. It was my first time at this location. Very disappointing.

Waited in line and they are out of donuts. Specifically Boston Cream. Duncin isn’t anything more than a low class Starbucks. Eight minutes of my life that I won’t get back, and eight minutes that I will spend waiting somewhere better in the future. I won’t go back.

Placed an online order with a confirmation number and money took out of my account just to be told “there’s no order under that name” when I showed them my receipt they said “ohhh the 4 donuts sorry we don’t have any of those right now”. He said he could give me a refund but he had to scan a barcode which wasn’t included in the receipt. I left with no refund or anything. Don’t go here
