In the midst of my hunger I ended up choosing a random spot and coincidentally chose somewhere that was about to close. The hospitality was amazing and the cashier gave a free bagel with my purchased one. The bagel was though not warm or hot surprisingly crispy and fluffy and delicious with and without cream cheese HIGHLY recommend this place ignore the bad reviews

I was really excited to try this bagel shop, but my experience was a huge disappointment. First off, their bagels are displayed so far back that you can’t even get a good look at them before you buy. I decided to give them a shot anyway, but when I got home, I was shocked. The bagels were completely flat—like someone had stepped on them. They didn’t have the fluffy, chewy texture a good bagel should have, and the flavor was equally lackluster. It’s hard to understand how a place that specializes in bagels could get them so wrong. On top of that, the fact that they keep the bagels out of sight feels deceptive, like they don’t want you to notice how poor the quality is until after you’ve paid. Definitely won’t be coming back here. If you’re looking for real bagels, look elsewhere!

This place is great minus they don’t answer the phone and that’s annoying. If I have to get in my car because you refuse to answer ITS A PROBLEM then when I get there you say “all out” this all could have been avoided if you answered the phone the first 15 times I called it’s almost like businesses don’t want business since they still live under Covid guidelines and super lazy

If your going to have a company tell the worker not to be so grumpy and angry when people come into order, the lady makes you feel like a inconvenience then anything this place is a joke I’ll never come back

First time customer and the woman working didn’t speak much English, I had to repeat my order 3 times. It got busy while she was making our 2 bagels so I wasn’t able to order the rest of my food. The service was horrible but food was great, disappointed because I wanted to try more food but wasn’t given the opportunity.

We arrived and were a little surprised that there were no customers on a Saturday morning.
We ordered 2 bagels toasted one with butter the other with cream cheese and a water. Our total was just under $10
The service was very poor like she couldn’t be bothered to toast a bagel. The toaster might have slightly warmed the bagel but certainly did not melt the “butter” I think it was margarine instead. The person used the same spreader in the “butter” with cream cheese still stuck on it.
When we were waiting for our bagels another person came in and ordered 4 bagels toasted. She gave the customer an upset look and the customer said I will just take them to go and toast them at home.

Staff was not very interested in helping people, made me feel like an inconvenience by stopping in. My bagel was sliced into like 1/5 and 4/5 instead of half, so part was burnt to a crisp and the other raw when toasted. Though it did not seem fresh at all. I have not given this place another try after my first experience.

My wife and I got bagels, both with cream cheese. Her veggie cream cheese had gone bad. When we got home and she took one bite she started gagging and nearly threw up.
Horrible stale bagels at 830 in the morning. You’d expect hot and fresh ones. Make the drive up to their other location over this one

Have had a hankering for a bagel. I wanted a good bagel fresh bagel not a prepackaged one. Well the two bagels I bought (Asiago and Salt) were so stale and hard I threw them out. Will never go back or recommend this location.

The three times I’ve tried to come here, The sign said open, and the door was locked.
Please remember to turn off your sign because us people that are on the road that pull off to go into the business to find out It’s closed is really frustrating. It’s a high traffic road so it takes a bit to get back onto my commute.
