I've been going here for a few years now and it has really gone downhill. Today my silverware had spots on it and the carpet is filthy. They would do well to tear it out and put in tile given the volume of people spilling stuff everywhere. The staff that is there are pretty friendly, but you can see they are overworked and the clientele rarely tip. I've seen $2 left on a 6-top table. I hope the staff is not paid wait staff wages bcz they work too hard to be paid so little.
I think they should pay close attention to the food on the buffet. Stir it and clean it better. The food was okay.

I wish they offered kid free hours but beyond that ghr waiter was very kind and patient and fhe food plentiful. Don't go an hour before close because they don't replenish empty trays

For the price it’s a great value! Even fast food meals are around the same price as a lunch here and you get the whole buffet. The salad bar is huge with many choices. The lunch buffet offers many options as well and as much as I try to steer clear of desserts they have a great selection! Takeout process was weird compared to other locations. They have cut the takeout containers in half. You get the bottom portion, and after you pay you get the lid.As far as customer service, she seemed inconvenienced, when I needed my food weighed and she was standing there at the scale taking generic liquid Musenex cold/cough medicine.Fish was crispy, fries were stale, macaroni and cheese was flavorless.
