Our server Ellie was fantastic!!!!! We had the all you can eat crab and she made sure our plates were never empty! She was always checking on us to see if we needed anything and she was always smiling! We couldn't have asked for a better server! The food was delicious as always!!!! Those mushrooms though!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

They have soup and salad bar you can add to your meal for $5. Their lake pearch and London broil are very good. The wife and I enjoy this place. They have good servers here, too.

Good was great. Atmosphere was nice. Service is nice, but there was only 1 server; that is unacceptable for an establishment. It was a Friday afternoon, thank goodness the place wasn't swamped yet because the server was by herself. Do better harbor house. But she did a good job ?? I enjoyed my outing here.

If you are not Caucasian do NOT go here. We waited 40 minutes for our food while all the Less colorful patron were served 2-3 times over in the time we waited for our first serving. The waitress kept apologizing after the wait but her story kept changing every time she visited us. First she said the wait was for a baked potato and then she said the same wait for for rhe crab legs, and then we waited 20 minutes for wings and she blamed the waiting of the cook time for the wing dings, that were basically cold when they got to the table. all while tables areou d us order crab legs and potatoes and still got 3+ servings in the time we waited for one. We ordered too all u can eat deals that were 41$ a person but got charged 100$ for our bill. the experience was terrible.

I don’t know why there were bad reviews on here, but my experience was excellent. My waitress was awesome. Her name was Keira.( If I’m spelling it right) the food was fresh. It was good. I always like Harbor House anyway, but this particular location served crab legs all you can eat they were fresh. They weren’t like gross like other places I’ve been so this was a good experience. I don’t know what everybody else was talking about it was my fiancé’s birthday weekend so we enjoyed our time thanks! Will return

Do NOT eat at this restaurant. Our experience was horrible. We were seated near the server stand by the salad bar. A customer threw up on the server stand and in garbage can right next to our table. Not one person used any kind of sanitizer/ bleach on this surface to clean it up. They used paper towel and an older gentleman took the garbage can in the back and brought it back out with a new liner. This same customer went back to her table. Half way through our meal this women got 2 steps from our table and threw up AGAIN all over the floor and it sprayed everywhere. The same gentleman that changed the trash came out with a metal pan of what like water and a rag. He got down on the floor and proceeded to scrub it up. He did not have gloves on and it was clearly just water. He was brushing the pieces and residue towards the salad bar. He then got a broom and swept it into a dishpan. Then got out a can of frebreeze and started spraying it all over… Mind you there is an open salad bar 3 ft from this incident. He spayed this febreeze all over at the height of the salad bar. This man still didn’t have gloves on nor did he wash his hands. He then went to the kitchen and returned less then 3 minutes later with a refill for the salad bar….. I will NEVER return to this establishment. Our waitress apologized and took off one of our meals……. Are you kidding me, our meal should have been completely free. We couldn’t even finish our dinner, what was left on our plate was in direct contact with this women’s throw up. NEVER AGAIN !!
