So I always order from same location and I called bc they messed up my order and the manger hung up the phone in my face shes super rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers I can’t believe the way she talked to me and on top of that she hung up the phone in my face

I had called for a delivery order paid for my pizza and never got my pizza and they did not answer my phone when I called again

Best place around. Food is always consistent and The manager is awesome. I had a small concern and Meghan went above and beyond to make me happy. I love this place!!

I usually have no issue with this location. There is no issue with the food however, I feel I have to comment on the delivery. When I ordered there was a 40 minute wait. I get it they are busy, no problem. I actually had to wait over an hour. Again, they are busy I get it, it happens. My issue is the delivery person came up with a clear attitude, just said hey, nothing else no apology. Then handed me the boxes with smallest first so I had to re arrange them so I could carry them then just walked away. I understand people have bad days, however your bad day isn’t my fault. So because of one rude non appreciation of my $8.00 tip I will not order from here again. I have no patience for rude delivery drivers.

I really wish I could leave all 5 stars but the pizza that was delivered to me had obviously been slid and smooshed to one side. I understand things happen but the large chunks of tomato on the pizza were too much and the smooshed pizza was not tasty.

Ordered dinner for the family and my son went to pick it up. Got home and no salad. Called the store who forgot to give it to him and asked if they could drop it the next delivery run because they forgot to give it yo us. It was an $8 salad not a big deal but she said no you have to come back. We had already sat down for dinner. Not even a appology. Nice customer service. Next time it will be Little Caesars.

Went in to pick up mobile order, said it was complete. Workers were confused as to why it wasn't there. Turns out they gave it away to another customer by mistake. No worries, happens, manager even provides free 2-liter for apology. Get home and the food looks miserable, both pizzas ordered well done but one looks burnt and the other is half cooked. The half cooked one missing certain customizations that aren't super important but after waiting an extra 20 or so minutes you'd figure they'd want to do it correctly. The pizza isn't even either, the crust looks mostly bread with a lack of cheese, sauce, and toppings. Sadly one of the worst experiences I've had this location out of many more positive ones but this left a lasting impression for me.
