They have fake coupons that make you end up buying more expensive pizza than their menu. Staff are unhelpful

I ordered a well done Jet 10 pizza with extra sauce and it was excellent! Also, both of the staff members that I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Based on this experience, I’d definitely return to this location again!

i see why this place has such terrible reviews.. i called this store at 5:40 to order a pizza it is now 6pm and i have just been waiting for somebody to pick up. i keep hearing the AI bot saying “please hold while we connect you to someone in the store” it has been 20 minutes!!!!!! this is absolutely and completely ridiculous.

Staff was awfully rude as I was picking up my doordash delivery. The person looked like the elder of the bunch so assume it was the manager. I hear them shout "delivery!". The I heard, "our customers are more important than doordash." I said, "gee, thanks guys." Also overheard, "I didn't know they were here." I hate to say it, but they are all your customers. Be better guys.

Lately the pizza at this location has changed. Typically we use the Warren location but this was near family. We ordered a LG square, cheese and bold pepperoni ,turbo crust. Our crust appeared to be only butter flavored. There were maybe 1.5-two pieces of pepperoni per slice with a couple few having only a sliver from the cut. We looked at the pizza from last week from another location and you would never think this pizza was a jet’s pizza. Plus, where is the cheese! I eat keto and this is usually my very enjoyable dietary cheat;)! I beef up my slice with toppings from a few other pieces. I could only get cheese that was located around the edges. The central areas were so thin I could hardly pull the cheese off. Idk what’s happening here?
