Asked to add ham to a little john #5 and was charged for it but wasn't on the sub. In fact the sub seemed smaller than usual and barely any meat on it at all. One of the worse subs I've had in years. Jimmy John's is way too expensive...not sure why I even go here
Staff was very rude about being closed even though all signs were on and door was unlocked. Would not recommend and will not go back to

I ordered a sub told them NO Tomatoes because I’m allergic to them and I get my sandwich and it has tomatoes on it called the store and the manager was very rude. I’ll never order from here again.
Wouldn’t take my 50 dollar bill for a 21 dollar purchase because I was black. Actually is ridiculous in 2025.
This was my like 3rd visit, and each time I've been, the staff have always greeted me with a smile and are very patient with me because I always have to look at the menu for the specific add-ons that I like. Yesterday, Tyler was nice, took my order with a smile, and thanked me for my visit. Wish I had cash on me to leave a tip, but decided to leave a review because of his service. Thank you for being you and providing great customer service. Never know what it does for people.
They did a catering order with a lot of requests no problem. Great delivery nice people to work with. I will order again from them.
I ordered a 18 pack online with no mayo on all sandwiches the day before went to pick it up at 5:15 pm and it was not ready and they put mayo some of the sandwiches my son doesn’t like mayonnaise. They were not ready for a Super Bowl party and pay attention to online orders.
Awful just awful! I ordered online and I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting and decided to just go in and my order was sitting right there, 20 minutes later I received a message saying my order was ready! Then fallowing that I got into my car opened my food and my tortilla was MOLDY! I took it back in and they re-made it for me giving me attitude, which I don’t appreciate when it wasn’t my fault in the 1st place. Got my new wrap and drove home… opened it up and it was MOLDY AGAIN! Never going here every again, you would think they would check to make sure there giving the correct food to people the 1st time!

I tried to resolve my issue offline but apparently “the party you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time.” This was a terrible experience. I placed a delivery order on their app and paid through the app also. 1 hour later (as I was speaking to an associate at a different location) I got a text saying the delivery was set up through Uber (thanks for the effort!) and after another hour, I got my delivery. Nothing Freaky Fast about that… I didn’t get the large fountain drink I paid for or any of the side sauces and I have no way of getting reimbursed because their phone line is down apparently. Extremely disappointing experience. This will be my last order from this location as a result😕

Just picked up my tom turkey sub. This is not the first time I've ordered this sub. But I now see they're skimping on the tomatoes and the extra cucumber that I pay for. They used to put four tomatoes and four pieces of cucumber now they only put three of each. And like I mentioned already I pay extra for the Cucumber. But they still charge $8 for the sub less food same amount of money.
