I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...I made a 5 sub order to be delivered and it cost me over $100 . Which is fine, my problem came when I opened my sub and it had mayo and dressing on it which I double checked and I ordered without, I could deal with the dressing but I'm allergic to mayo and when I called them I was told they wouldn't redeliver a new sub I had to come get it and I must bring my receipt with me because they claim to not have my order..and yes it was this location, I double checked that too...Then when I tried to explain what happened I was told just bring a reciept and hung up on...NEVER AGAIN!!!! You can keep the sub and my money just know I will tell anyone who asks me about this experience and to never use your location....I understand things get messed up but the way you handled this was ridiculous..you don't even deserve 1 star

Extremely disappointed! My order was completely wrong barely any meat and none of the extras I specifically asked for. I used to get great service here, but the last two visits have been a letdown. Definitely not the standard I’m used to.

I'm leaving this review because you guys need to do something about prices listed online. I was going to order from here but you guys don't have your prices listed. And I'm not calling up the restaurant to waste their time to ask him about every single price on your meals or anything. You guys want me to make an order without knowing how much it's going to cost? Not as good as the location on Hall/romeo plank. I don’t know if it was the bread or the ingredients. That and my sandwich was cold.. this place is slightly cheaper tho.

I ordered a #9 Italian Night Club sub. It was good, but the French bread was just average. I also order a Chicken Caesar Wrap which was also good. The Salt & Vinegar Jimmy Chips I would not recommend, they tasted stale. The worst thing was a 25 minute delivery. I'm 2.4 miles from the store. As a comparison, I get a 20 minute delivery for a hot pizza from a Domino's pizza store that is 3.5 miles away. BTW It was a Jimmy John's driver. I would not recommend Jimmy John's, but my son-in-law loves them (he lives in NC).

When you order food, and tell you it will be there in 15 to 20 min and it's 45 min later. I called back to cancel my order, they take it out on you because they can't complete a proper timed delivery. So with that being said. I will never order from such a rude, unproper place.

So twice the order has been wrong for delivery but they made it right one of the times. My biggest gripe now is they're using 3rd party delivery so it's definitely NOT freaky fast. Took one hour from order to delivery and I'm less than a mile from the store. With those times you can drive to a restaurant, order, and eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price per person. Can't recommend delivery anymore. Too long. Pizza is faster
They couldn't even remember to put cheese on my meat and cheese sandwhich after I stood in front of them and said "Just meat and cheese"

I feel bad for the employees that have to work at this location. The air conditioning hasn’t worked all season and doesn’t seem as if the owner is going to fix it any time soon… On the other hand, they are freaky fast and have good Dr Pepper.

Didnt follow simple instructions that were on my ticket. Cut sandwich in half and bbq chips...got regular chips and no sandwich cut in half.
