Ordered a Caeser salad wrap. The flour tortilla wasn't big enough to wrap the ingredients and looked more like a sandwich with ingredients falling out of the "wrap". The tortilla was soggy. Won't be back..

Ordered a #9 Night Club sub, the guy must have poured a whole bottle of Italian dressing on a 8 inch sub. I made the mistake of putting it on my passenger seat, what a mess!? I couldn't even eat it, it was so soggy! Unfortunately I've had them drenched before but this time was definitely the worst and definitely my last stop at a Jimmy John's. Suggestion, be like other sub places, i.e. Subway, Jersey Mike's, allow us to see what you are doing so we can stop you from making a mess of our food.

Always great fast service here. Have never had an issue with anything or anyone. Friendly staff.Be careful in the parking lot. It's busy and can be a tight squeeze.

Ordered in store and online several times and never had an issue! Staff was friendly. My sandwiches were always ready quickly and were consistently accurate and good. My online orders were always ready too by the time I arrived, and it was less than a 5 min drive away. Have also eaten in store which was a clean environment as well. Music was great and smells were delicious!

Horrible location: please think about ordering elsewhere especially if you are ordering via delivery/food app. The delivery time is always 40-60 minutes delayed and there is nothing you can do about it. Awful customer service.

Love this location, very friendly staff but I ordered once after I gave birth and was in hospital and once two weeks later. My order wad good and fresh but both times they forgot the oil n vinegar on the side.

Came in to order a sandwich. Ordered a slim 5 with mayo. One of the female sandwich makers came at me with attitude, saying she couldn't add mayo. I responded , " That's weird since all your other sandwiches come with mayo." She responded with a lot of attitude saying "look up and read the sandwich and tell me what it says." Maybe she would be better in a position with less customer interaction. I won't be back to this location.
Didnt follow simple instructions that were on my ticket. Cut sandwich in half and bbq chips...got regular chips and no sandwich cut in half.
