I am absolutely in love with this place! My friend told me about this place a few years ago and I always make trips here even though I live 40 minutes away! Their boba teas are absolutely delicious, and they also have snacks such as fresh macarons, pocky, and even mochi ice cream and more! Their staff is also the sweetest people ever! If you’re ever in the area or even live out of town — please stop in and support this small business. I promise you, it is definitely worth the drive and you will not be disappointed! ❤️

This is my first time at this boba shop. I was not impressed with the ingredients used to make Thai tea with Boba. But I'm willing to try a different item to see if this place is worth it. I'm very particular of how my Thai tea with boba is made, and when I saw they used powdered milk instead of condensed milk, I was very skeptical. And j was right. It was not at all good. I like to give places chances. Thai tea is not their Forte, but maybe their fruit teas are. We will see. Until then I'll keep looking for a place that make actual Thai tea with boba.

I love Kawaii Bubble Tea and I’m so glad they have a brick and mortar location again!Delicious as always with some fun specials on rotation. I tried the Triple P today (lots of passion fruit ingredients) and it was sweet and refreshing. I can’t wait to go back!If they could add some snack type items to their menu at some point (like spam musubi or onigiri) it would be perfection.

I placed my order through online. At first I was deeply disappointed with the size difference between small and medium (edit: it now shows the oz)... EDIT: After the incident with the metal, they reached out to me via review to compensate us for what happened. I am impressed with the customer service and glad to see how much they care about their customers. Willing to overlook the event, I will be purchasing from Kawaii bubble tea again knowing they listen to their customers. 1star review to 5 star :) Thank you Kawaii Bubble Tea!
