This location always takes a while. Also, I tried to use a corporate coupon and was told that I couldn't. Apparently, this location among other locations in the area that are owned by the same person refuse to accept coupons, just FYI.

wish i could give this place 0 stars.. first of all they’re drive thru speaker didn’t work and we sat there for 5 minutes , then we decided to go up to the window and they took our order which was at 4:18 we didn’t get our food until 4:50 ! and they gave us coleslaw instead of corn , no honey and they were extremely rude and at one point while waiting forever i went inside to use the bathroom and it was trashed . while i was inside i decided to ask about our order that we were waiting on and they were so rude about it the one lady was throwing her hands in the air with an attitude and she had a sucker hanging out her mouth while making food . never again

Every time I try to get a decent meal from here I am made to wait for 15-20 minutes in the driveway. They claim it is because they are cooking biscuits. Each time I’ve gotten my food it was cold. This last time I bought their $20 fill up box and wanted to substitute Mac n cheese for the fries and they said no so I was okay with that and bought a large Mac n cheese side. When ordered they asked if I wanted extra crispy or original. I responded with extra crispy. They said it would be about a 15 minute wait. So I opted for original recipe. When I pulled up to the window I was still directed to pull up to wait on my order. No explanation of why. I called the store 20 minutes later and they explained they had to make the biscuits. When I got my food the Mac n cheese was cold and 3/4 full. I will never be going back to this location. Hopefully they learn how to make biscuits to be ready for their food and realize they are losing business. There was even another customer about to demand her money back until she approached the drive thru window by foot and was finally handed her food. Terrible customer service and food!

Sitting at the drive through speaker around 3:40 waiting for 8 minutes nothing pulled around seen one employee on his phone talking to someone while looking right at us. And had the audacity to say “well I had the head set on” and would not let us order at the window due to the drive thru time was his excuse So we were not gonna wait in the 5 car line that was created in that wit time.

Why does everyone who works here hate their job and customers. Like my God I'm sorry I ordered nuggets and fries. A whole 10$ meal and u get the biggest attitude when I order. But yet everyone who works is standing outside smoking weed. I guess I interrupted. But on a good note my nuggets were burnt and unchewable. My mac n cheese was straight out of the fridge and my fries were old and spilled all out the container. Great job yall ?

Waiting here for an hour and a half.It's not the staff I'm blaming it's the owners/management.Get some workers here ! Very understaffed.And pay people living wages. Ur so cheapUr loosing ur customers.I'm sure not coming back

Well for one I asked for barbecue sauce and got hot sauce. I asked for a Pepsi they said they didn’t have any so I asked for a Dr Pepper, and they gave me a cherry Pepsi and the food was nasty. I will not be back.Also asked for original and got extra crispy.. was to much money I will be going to Popeyes from now on….

Ordered a 8pc chicken original and waited 16plus minutes for fresh original chicken dark after the 16 minutes they gave me crispy chicken not original and they gave me a breast... gonna have to start going to another location . They honestly don't care..

I ordered online, so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive-through. I went into the building and was told that it was drive-through only. I said even if I ordered online? The worker said yes. So I had to go out, get in my car, go to the drive-through, and the same worker then asked me for my order. She found my order, said pull forward, now im waiting behind two cars. My order was ready for pickup 10 minutes ago. Sometimes I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WTH IS HAPPENING IN OUR COUNTRY! Is common sense and basic customer service not a thing anymore!? The thing is, I wasn't even upset or irritated because nothing surprises me anymore. We are becoming such a low bar society!

Literally loved this location until the last year or so. They have messed up the last 3 orders I've placed. Wish it could be back to what it was. Do not recommend if your getting multiple orders.

There was no long lines only one lady in front of me. Took about 15 minutes to finally get to the window to pay for my order. Was told to pull ahead and they would bring my nuggets out to my car. They said it would be about 3 minutes. It was more like 10 minutes. She comes and gives me the bag it says sorry for the wait I opened the bag and it's the wrong food. Got out of my car had to walk all the way around the dang building to find the door to get in and I'm handicapped. Walked in the door she says oh did I give you the wrong order, duh. Gave me the right order then I had to walk all the way around the building again to get to the drive-thru where my car was. That's the reason why I went to the drive-thru because I'm handicapped and I can barely walk. I was very upset.

After having “new owners or management “ still the worst customer service ever. They ladies at the drive through have a horrible attitude and are short with you. Not only are they rude but they’ll argue with you on what you ordered
