Absolutely disgusted in the service from this kfc I ordered a 12 piece nugget and asked for the sauce on the side but was told it was too late that they already put sauce on them instead of offering another set they said I’m stuck with the order and my foods waiting for me when I wasn’t done ordering my food yet so because the worker is too lazy to make another set with out sauce on them I’m forced to take a menu item I don’t want so thanks I feuds you get what you get and when I called they said I could come back for a new order I have a half hour on my lunch break which half of it was taken up arguing over sauce on nuggets so excuse me if I don’t want to waste the rest of it to make up for your inability to do your job

This KFC is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! They SCAMMED me out of my order that I preorder and paid for off the KFC website for personal pick up!!!! so I sent my mother to pick it for our family of 8, she told them she had a online order, didn't say for who. they told her it was picked up already, my mom told them that's not possible? So they asked for the name so she gave two different ones because I ordered under my name but paid with my gma's card cause we all we're together when I placed it, but my mom went to pick it up! They told her someone picked it up already and they're not remaking nor refunding my money! I have filed a police report with Clinton township police which they said its a civil matter, and hahaha WE ALL KNOW how that goes, I have complained to the KFC website and tried to call to speak to the manager, the gm, anyone that worked there but no answer 🤬🤬🤬 my mother tried showing our confirmation number they said it wasn't there problem accused my mother of lying n trying to a get a free meal that we already paid for and didn't get.... I have been a manager of two different fast food restaurants and no matter what there is a list of things "YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO" for any kind of online orders you serve. You don't just hand it to anyone the just say a name for a in-person online order pickup.... We had proof of our order and theres no physical way anyone else pick up my order but my mother how DID NOT RECEIVEšŸ™„šŸ™„šŸ™„šŸ™„

I think I’m going to have to go ahead and give up on KFC. I wouldn’t be surprised if they got a lot of business. It is such a shame. I got the chicken tenders and they had no taste or seasoning. I don’t know. Did they change the batter or the seasoning. Or if the workers aren’t doing it correctly? But I can’t seem to find a decent KFC anymore. I’m so sad because the original recipe one done right is really delicious.

I guess KFC would be one of those things you remember from childhood

Please do not order from them again I will not be doing so, I ordered 155.00 worth of food from there most of my sides were Smalls the online system messed up and said I ordered Smalls but charged my card for larges and when I called corporate and they transferred me to the refund system they refused to give me my refund because they said that's what they're online system says the manager there had attitude and simply said it's not my problem worst experience ever if I could give them zero Stars I would

See special offer on DoorDash for "Buy 1 10-piece Saucy Nuggets, get 1 free!" As you look at the menu though, you can ONLY buy a 10-piece Saucy Nugget Combo - there are 8-piece and 12-piece Saucy Nugget items, BUT NO 10-PIECE. There ARE 10-piece REGULAR Nuggets on the menu though as well. How about you DON'T advertise something if you don't want to make it? Last time I ordered from here I was given the wrong food items anyway, so NOT ordering from here isn't a real loss.

Went to the store at 11:07am. Waited 15 minutes before we went in at the drive thru. Still didn't get waited on. Saw 4 cars and 3 people walk out without getting served. When asked if they were open, the employee stated "your in aren't ya", she then proceeded to walk away. She never took our order. We went somewhere else because they obviously don't want the money we had for the service they provide. This is not the first time this has happened. But it's soon to be the last for this store, considering how rude the employees are at this location and the lack of service they seem to possess. I don't seem this location being open this long with this business model.

Went through drive thru and got all the way home and im missing the pot pie in the order. Stopped by after work and I live 30 minutes away. They don’t answer their phone at all!!

I’ve had issues with the location in the past when I ordered online so I decided to order a pick up and it was completely disastrous. I pulled up at a completely empty restaurant. My order was ready according to the app. But the team member Jazz tells me she can’t find the order. They had me waiting then I went inside. She told me they didn’t receive my order. The desk was chaotic with many order tickets so girl look at 1 of 100 tickets. They were really loud and ghetto. They ran to the back left me up there waiting. After 15 mins of waiting they ā€œmagicallyā€ got my order and made it and the food wasn’t even good ?. Just beware the service and organizing is the worse at this place I’ve attached pictures of this chaos… Keep in mind the restaurant was empty!!! ??
