I don't usually leave reviews but I will be calling corporate, this is the second time they gave me burned Mac and cheese and it's for my autistic daughter who is non-verbal and very specific with her food. After pulling out the burned parts she ate some of it and stopped eating abruptly. Fast forward a couple hours later and she's throwing up all over the place and all thats coming out is water and the mac and cheese. They need to just shut this location down already.

The young man that took my order was very nice. However, I asked for mashed potatoes and received wedges. Then, the hot n spicy honey bbq wings I got were CLEARLY old and soggy. Disgusting. Will not be back

I went to this location a few times and the food was hot and fresh. The Caucasian lady who might have been the manager was great at the drive thru. I noticed lately she hasn't been there and things have been going downhill. They never have chicken, particularly wings. I ordered the fill up box with tenders and a 3 piece and the guy at the window was rushing me and the chicken was not cooked done. The potatoes and gravy was thick and tasted outdated. They probably giving away chicken to friends and family. I'm done eating here.

Drive thru only took 45 minutes to get my food had to tell them three times what I ordered and 16 dollars for 3 piece chicken wing dinner do not go to KFC at 21 and Gratiot in Macomb Michigan
I was happy with the service and the food. Craving the coleslaw and classic chicken! Everything tasted great.

I really should’ve looked at the reviews before I went here I swear I’m soo pissed I really wanna go back up there and crash out I bought chicken and waffles and nuggets and fries everything was old the nuggets were hard af the waffles was hard and dry they gave me no syrup fries were hard af this is by far my worst fast food experience in my 38 years of living they really lucky I don’t like jail
