Little Caesars Pizza

Cannot update my review, would like to add that when I FINALLY got my food after 30+ minutes that it was cold and had been sitting OPEN in the back, so all the heat escaped it. I watched the lady grab the box. I am pissed.

I got an order of crazy puffs and 2 bags of bread, took over 30 minutes to make when the store was not busy whatsoever. I'm actually still waiting for them while I write this review, it is 12:55 and I ordered at 12:20. At this point kinda just want my money back.

We all know Little Caesars is the cheap way but this location has to be the worst in metro Detroit area. You all can’t even give your customers what they paid for and on top of it the crazy bread looks like plain pizza crust no parmesan anywhere on the bread. If you having a bad day just call off or just get another job you care about doing cause this is ridiculous

We ordered using our app. Came in picked up order and took it home. Once we got home there was no butter or cheese on crazy bread (just cooked dough) the pizza was undercooked. After calling the store and being on hold for 10 minutes, my wife called the store and said yes to placing an order. Her call was answered right away to where she explained all of this and was told to come back to store and they would start order. Once here (mind you I’m still on hold from the other line that no one answered in over 20 minutes) they knew nothing of this. I am currently still waiting on my order. Will be out last visit with little Caesar’s

The cashier was a little bit slow and she didn't really feel like working or dealing with anyone let alone the public.. There was a gentleman in the back i believe Bill or Will they called him. Will or Bill was a very enthusiastic upbeat person with a smile on his face, no matter how busy they got or how many tasks they gave him. Pizza was hot as well as good. If all of the employees were like him, you would have a smooth running Pizza place with a smiling atmosphere.

If you don’t want to wait 30 + mins for one hot and ready that you called in prior to coming just so you didn’t have to wait and if you say something about waiting because you pre-ordered it and still showed up 15 + minutes later then the supervisor here (younger black guy) will just probably throw a roll of their paper receipts at your face

Best pizza I had in a while I I live on 21 and Garfield and it's like the pizza Little Caesars on 21 and Hayes horrible and the one on Romeo plank is just like horrible to actually have to come down to almost 16 mi to get a decent pizza and it was well worth the drive and the cashier was very polite she even gave my son and my grandson some cookies

Need to make sure employees know the ads and pizza isn't raw and not cooked through

Place a order online for scheduled pick up 4 hours before pick up. The order was not ready wait 20 minutes before someone even came to the counter. There was only one person in the vestibule for food. Food was done to adequate but customer service could use some work and online pick up time. Also no gloves while handing food or hand washing after touching register , food warmers or face.

Terrible slow and ghetto

Ordered on 5/28/25….picked up a pretzel pizza, got home and the entire pizza is covered in salt, I took a bite anyway and had to spit it out. Whoever made it just threw salt all over it. Then I opened my breadsticks and there’s no sprinkle cheese on them. I’m not a big complainer but I legit can’t eat my pizza cause it’s covered in salt and then the breadsticks are gross. I call the store and they finally answer but then put me on hold right away….I waited 14 minutes and finally hung up. Tomorrow I’m calling the corporate number when they open. Crazy.

Waited in line 10 minutes, nobody taking orders. Manager yelling loud. Ordered 1 pretzel pizza, 1 most bestest, 1 crazy bread. Only breadsticks were fresh. No salt on pretzel pizza, both pizza's were old! Lets just say nobody finished there plate, or dared to go back for 2nds. Ended up making pb&j. Smh.

I had my mother pick up a pizza for me. It was Slices-N-Stix. I asked for cheese pizza because i cannot eat pork. When she got home i opened the box to find Pepperoni.

Brian & Drew was very accommodating!! And funny too🤣🤣🤣 from the girl that moved today ✊🏾
