My only and biggest complaint about this location is the food. I bought a lunch combo, and the slices were old and dried out. Pizza should be thrown out after so long. I swear that pizza was older than 2 hours. I guess once pizza gets old, the cheese evaporates also. If I can't get what I order fresh out of the oven, i won't be visiting this location EVER again.

I haven’t really been going out of my way to write any reviews let me tell you now they messed up my first order, but the way they handled it and the way they took care of me and that atmosphere and the way these females running the front and the gentlemen run in the back we’re running this place I would go out of my way to come here. I work 8 mile and I have a little Caesars right next to me and compared to this place. It’s like night and day, this deserves every award they could ever get and I’m writing this review after messing up my first order but the way they handled it is what it is all about for me. I didn’t want anything extra. I didn’t want nothing more nothing less just the way it dealt with me was outstanding and I appreciate everybody that works here.Especially the two young ladies working up front. Absolutely outstanding service. Thanks

Got to store at 1pm , no lunch specials for at least 10 minutes. No hot and ready extra most best, she said they have cheese bread and puffs , puffs are currently selling, there were a lot just sitting there. Ridiculous for lunch time. Jets came through!!!!!!!

I go to this location for my 7 year old grandson. He enjoys pizza, but this location has fresh pizza (hot n readys). The staff is very nice and always gives my grandson from free cookies to drinks. They have not disappointed either of us. Never had to wait long their great!

I ordered a dairy free pepperoni pizza and 2 reg pepperoni. When I picked it up, I was assured that a clean slicer was used. I was totally impressed!!Dietary restrictions: Excellent attention to customer requests

A girl named emily was at the counter tonight, she greeted me happily and gave my little ones some cookies. great energy, what a sweetheart!
Edited again. After weeks price still not fixed, this is illegal and everyone needs to file a complaint. They are breaking the law.Review edited, owner will issue refund as well as give me a cheese bread, he seemd to very much care about the issue and is making immediate steps to remedy the issue, the price error was a mistake and result of price change that had not yet been reflected. i will return.My recent experience at this establishment left me bewildered. I ordered the Italian cheese bread for $5.49, but they charged $5.79. The cashier couldn't rectify it and called a manager who rudely insisted it was correct despite outdated menu boards.I argued they should honor the advertised price, but got nowhere. The general manager never returned my call after taking my number. I reached out to corporate but haven't received a response yet.
