They need more help with sanitation. Had to return back my silverware because it had so much hair on the sliverware and napkin it was rolled in.. Then my date received his food with hair on the side of the plate.

The food was great (we had steaks and shrimp). The waitress was great too. We went a little early on a Monday and it started getting busy when we left. The waitress mentioned the cook was new and everything tasted great. The only leftovers were salads and bread, which we took home for lunch the next day.Prices are on the high side though.

Our Server, Eryn M. Was awful, rude, argumentative & unprofessional. when we got there, and when they finally decided to seat us, our server came up and at first was fine. Then, in order, she forgets to bring all of our drinks (admittedly). Then, when she finally brings the food, she brings it in segments (all cold) and forgets our soup. My Filet was not cooked at all, and my wife’s chicken was scrap pieces used in a hurry (we know that’s not her fault) so we asked her to bring it back to then and have them re-make it. She brings it back, and brings me a sirloin instead of a filet. Again, I know it’s not her fault. When I brought it to her attention, she said “I know it’s not the right steak but that’s what they gave me” and refused to bring me the correct cut steak. Then she asks if we need anything else, my wife asks for a knife but instead the server then brings the bill, and when I asked where my filet was at she was arguing with me told us we can just leave and stomped off.The only reason it wasn’t a 1 star review is because every other time we have ate there since discovering it a month ago it has been great. This was our 10th time going in a month and after this experience it’s hard to say whether or not we will be back. They made it about comping our food but we never wanted that. Waiting there for 3 hours and never getting my meal is just insane.

First and last time here. We had a terrible experience. Our food was very very salty. My steak was burnt and not edible. The soup was salty, barely had any soup in it. It was mostly bread. Worst French onion I have ever had. My daughter’s burger was also burnt. It tasted like eating charcoal. We will never be back.

All of our food was salty; from the steak, the fries, the mashed potatoes, and the French onion soup. The French onion soup had more bread than the actual soup. The fries were completely inedible because of the salt. We ordered two steaks both supposed to be cooked at medium and each one was not only undercooked but cooked differently. The caesar salad did not come with dressing and we had to ask for it on the side and the house salad's dressing (which we were charged extra for although it was supposed to be complimentary) was terrible. Also, our waitress was in a hurry the entire time and rushed us through every step. Very disappointed with our experience here.

Fantastic food as always! We get the parmeasan crusted chicken, it comes with a salad and a side, the mashed potatoes are the best! we also get the parmeasan crusted spinach and artichoke dip with fresh hot crispy pita pieces! 12 oz chicken is 2 big chickenbreaststroke, so plenty to take home!
