I came into this restaurant for the first time with my family, and everything was good the food the service everything, until the end, we gave the server a good tip until she came back to us and circled 20% percent tip we were confused so we called her back, she had said "give 20% or nothing that's crazy to say, we were forced to pay 20% unreal!

It’s unfortunate I have to do this, and I am very aware the challenges restaurants face on holidays, but our Easter dinner was simply terrible. First, 2 weeks prior the reservation process took 4 separate phone calls after I had little confidence it was actually booked due to confusion at the desk with each call, which I was correct, but luckily was able to secure a table on the 4th attempt, so that whole process was a headache.Seated for an Easter dinner, step 1: order a few drinks. Of the specialty cocktails that were *actually* available the Spring Gin was lame. Room temp, overly sweet, unbalanced. For another, a martini was made incorrect. I ordered a glass of white wine, after 4..four..reminders it finally arrived 1 full hour later, again, room temp, and the entire base stained sticky with other cocktail splashes. Originally ordered with apps, it actually came ten minutes after the entree, yes, an hour to pour and deliver 1 warm, sticky, $10 glass. Randomly, even the bread basket had white Italian bread that looked like someone had smashed it with their hands to cut the slices, never seen that before. Multiple utensils had to be exchanged as they came dirty, crusted with others’ dried food, disgusting. I ordered perch, and it all just got worse. It had so many toothpick sized bones it was inedible. I choked a few down by accident, spit the rest out before sending the dish back. Turned off by fish at this point I reluctantly ordered a chicken parm, served without utensils, which by the time those arrived my dish was cold, and I was the odd duck at the table having yet to eat. So ticked off I just had it boxed, 2 hours after being seated.Never returning, so this is for management. Failures in so many aspects: hosting, service, bar, kitchen, even dishwashing, the entire experience just plain sucked, and nothing offered to make up for it after mentioning all of that, so we still paid a fortune for a truly poor experience. We were patient, polite, but I did calmly notify the server of our multitude of concerns. Apologetic, the service was blamed on being busy, but I observed our table repeatedly being skipped over, neglected, and that is just one aspect of the issues. Holiday or not, this was unacceptable on several other levels.We look forward to spending hard earned money on a nice dinner for a special occasion, but this was a total bust, so disappointing. Never again.

We’ve been a few times and always enjoy it. The restaurant itself is lovely inside… the services was fairly good, (though our waitress went from overly attentive to absent). The food is delicious though the portions seem awfully small for the price compared to what you get elsewhere. If you’re really hungry, you can always fill up on the bread basket as it’s delicious!Parking: Easy to park. Free. Lots of space.

My husband and I went there for our 25th wedding anniversary. Expecting a wonderful Italian meal. The atmosphere was great. Service was pretty shotty. We got our food. It looked good. Only eight part of it shrimp was overcooked and came home and spent the next 24 hours in the bathroom!

this has turned out to be my favorite Italian restaurant and recommended highly. The food is always consistent and the tomato sauce is the best that I've experienced around the Tri county area. The service is also excellent and they do take reservations which is extremely helpful, but they are booked solidly most days of the week the feeling within the restaurant is very Italian, which adds to the experience

First time here, and what a pleasure. I have an allergy to gluten and they went above and beyond making sure my meal was prepared correctly. I realize not a small feat for an Italian restaurant! Thank you for offering gf pasta as well as gf flour to dust chicken/veal in.

After an awful visit at the oral surgeon's office, my husband and I came here for dinner. It was excellent!! Food, service, everything was wonderful!!! Made an absolutely awful day so much better. :)
