I've ordered carry-out from May Hong before and it's always been amazing. It's ready when I've walked through the door and piping hot, plus tasty. A personal favorite is the Sesame Chicken. Egg rolls are also delicious!
However, a friend and I decided to dine in two weekends ago. There may have been a rush before us that had just left, but there was only a single clean table available, and one staff person handling all the orders and cleaning.
We ordered, and I waited half an hour--no exaggeration--for a bubble tea. I decided to try something new that night, the honey chicken. No real taste of honey to be found. Stick with the Sesame or Sweet & Sour Chicken since you can't go wrong with those.
Also, the booths? A group of people left behind me and new people came in. Every time someone moves behind you, you can feel it and it's quite jarring when you're trying to eat.
The staff person we dealt with tried her hardest, and she was very, very nice, just severely overworked.
May Hong is still worth ordering from for the food, but keep it to carry-out. Dining in isn't the best experience.

Update to May Hong response. Grubhub/3rd party was great. Did everything they were supposed to do. Was super quick. PROBLEM is and was your food and obviously now, how you respond to criticism. Your food was not good at all today. It had zero flavor. Broccoli and chicken and Sweet and sour chicken both were not good. Fried rice nothing in it but rice and soy sauce. No veggies. Truth. Not good.
Had order delivered thru grub hub. They were fast and it shows with the food. Gross! Was barely hot and the sauces had already started to coagulated. Ewwww. Both dishes were flavorless and bland right down to the prepackaged fortune cookies... Really? Yuck! I will never order there again and recommend you do the same. I want my money back.

I ordered takeout today. The hostess evidently put my order on a freshly cleaned (still wet) surface that seeped into the food. The entire plate tasted like cleaning supplies, it was inedible.

First time there, will not be last. Delicious food and great service. The owner came out and apologized for not coming to the table sooner because she was in the kitchen cooking. Really enjoyed the waitress and her sense of humor. I recommend this establishment for sure.
