On November 16,2024 around 9:15am the manager on shift was so damn ride my sandwich was wrapped wrong so the person at the window thought it was wrong the rude ass manager comes out to say oh well she getting what she paid for instead of being professional and checking to see what was wrong, this goofy ass manager never even came to the window. It’s always a problem the staff is ok besides the management they need new training.

Don’t order a drink you will get everything but. I can’t believe it… Over the last few times I have been here the orders been terrible even after waiting, missing or wrong food or ran out. Just unbelievable!!! Want to charge high prices then either tell customer you don’t have it when ordering but don’t lie and make up poor excuses.

Just wanted a drink, they were extremely busy. I had no problem waiting. Employee stated my food would be ready soon. I told her I didn't order food. She proceeded to say she wasn't putting up with attitude. Horrible customer service and she needs to be trained. Waiting patiently is not attitude nor is stating what I'm waiting for.
This place is an absolute joke!!!! Curbside might as well be non existing!!!! Imaging doing a curbside order for a happy meal. 20 minutes go by and no one has brought the order to the car. You go inside the restaurant and see that your happy meal was already made and is sitting behind the counter. 10 more minutes pass and no one touches the happy meal that I’m waiting for. After asking where my order is, they try to give you the happy meal that’s been sitting there for 30 minutes. You have them remake it because nobody wants old food. You get the meal, and they say no drinks are available so you ask for a bottled drink. You get home with your meal, and you don’t even have any sauce!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

Wondering why the outlets don't work in the dining areas for customers. I heard from other customers there's a switch in the back to turn it on. So what's the deal. Cutting custos off from charging their gadgets.
