Service is so bad here that I drive to another franchise further away when I want some McDonald’s, even though I live right by this one. Super super slow and every single order comes out wrong, every single time. Consistently bad. I keep giving this location chances and regret it every time.

Don’t go here, stood at the counter for almost 6 mins just to get my order taken, if you’re short staffed I get that but at least communicate to the customers and don’t just look at them and pass out every other order and not take front counter, at least close lobby if that’s going to happen, worst communication ever! Looked to be a manager running, was bagging orders.

Quarter pounder bun was old and hard also mcdouble meat tasted like sausage grease like they didn't clean the grill switching from breakfast absolutely the worst mcdonalds I've had in my life they also have tons of homeless just chilling in the lobby like im at a shelter
Don’t know what’s worse the attitude the food or the service drive the extra couple miles to the one on grosebeck they can’t even be bothered to give you all your food give it to you when you mention it absolutely worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to
