Slowest drive thru in the world, sat here alone with no other cars in the drive thru for 20+ minutes waiting on two cheeseburgers and a large fry. Ridiculous. Worst service ever.

Edit: I got home to some of my nuggets pre-eaten for me. Never again. Do not ever go here. I will be calling the county board of health Monday morning to report half eaten food. Store phone number is not answered and sounds like it is someone’s cell phone. I have called corporate and apparently this isn’t their first complaint about this either. Appalling.Worst McDonalds in the area for service. In the last month I have placed two very simple mobile orders and have had to wait 45+ minutes. How hard is it to make 10 nuggets and a cheeseburger? Why is it every time I come here it’s almost an hour minimum for fast food? 15 or 16 dollars an hour for you to stand around and socialize?Doors are always locked past five. Drive thru only most of the time.God forbid you need to pay with cash because the managers just yell at you for bothering the employees who are doing nothing.These chains push you to order ahead to make it quicker and it’s just a far worse experience.Also no refunds on anything when you have to wait that long and it’s cold.

Ordered Filet O Fish on Friday with extra charter sauce, got it with lots of sauce like I wanted, which doesn't always happen at other stores. The fish sandwich & the fries were fresh and hot, and came very quickly.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered my food and drinks. The woman taking my order got my drinks wrong. I asked for iced coffee with an extra shot of mocha, she did an extra shot of espresso. The woman definitely couldn't multitask so I had to wait at the window for her to cash me out. Went to the pick-up window. The woman there gave me my food and had me pull up to the next window for my drinks. I get there and wait, and wait, and wait and wait some more. Got sick of that so I went in to get my drinks and wouldn't ya know it....NO ONE EVEN STARTED MAKING THEM!!!I will never return to this McDonald's!!!

Everytime I go there, the mcflurry machine is broken, or ice cream machine is broken.
$5 for a standard McDouble and drink.My sandwich was cold, and clearly made for a custom order quite some time ago, as all the ketchup and mustard had soaked into the bun and there were no onions on it.I also got the wrong drink.Service was good, but I'm not paying to eat cold incorrect food, served with a smile.

Horrible customer service and employees there. Would go the about 3 times a week for breakfast through the drive through. Always ordered the same thing . My question is why was it a different price all the time? Finally today when they were gonna change me more than it was just yesterday I didn't do it and just left. I'll just start going to the Wendy's about a block from there. At least the staff is friendlier and they don't keep changing the prices.
