Always long lines be prepared to wait 15 to 20 mins and in evening past 630 pm even if there no line be prepared to wait 20 mins they are rude they dont get your order correct and they dont fill up the soft drinks to the top i wish there was zero star

every time i’ve came here the woman who is always wearing a purple beanie is very rude and has a nasty attitude, just horrible customer service.
The employees are usually nice and the food sometimes comes out right…so they get an extra star.
But the owner of this place is obviously extremely greedy and should honestly be ashamed in this economy.
He also has the workers wearing PJs which doesn’t seem hygienic at all.
Just drive up the road to Hayes and pay the normal prices for the same service. Shut this one down.

During dine in, I asked for some ketchup for myself and my 2 kids, we had a value meal and 2 happy meals. I received 3 ketchup packets. Went back up to the counter and grabbed a few more from the tray of cups where they gave me the 3 packets from and an employee with red shirt (I assume to be manager) rudely snatched the tray away and mumbled something under his breath. This is after they would not give the guy ahead of me any barbecue sauce without paying extra because he did not select it when he ordered on the dine-in app screen.

I was waiting for my food for 20 minutes and when I went to go ask about it the lady (Im assuming was the manager) ignored me when I said escuse me 3 times and she was 2 feet away from me facing my direction.

Needed something golden. On a day when the system at McDonald’s was crashing, these fine folks busted out a calculator and gave me mobile app price even though they couldn’t “use code”. Saved me 3 plus $ on my combo.
Lady in drive thru was super nice about it. Combine that with how fresh the fries & nuggets were, I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you.
