Literally just left 5 mins ago, u can speak as slow as possible and please and thank you the night shift all you want and they still can’t get it right, this was a 4 item order 🙏 day shift is a good crew♥️ also talked shit so loudly in the kitchen we could hear them through the drive through speaker

I know it's not difficult at 8:00pm to get an order right. Everytime I order delivery, im missing an item. As expensive as everything is, you should be doing a decent job.

I had to come to this one for the first time at midnight on a Saturday night because the one by me closed unexpectedly... I wasnt expecting much. But it was packed in drivethru and they somehow managed to clear everyone out super quick, which is the opposite of what I thought would happen. The fries were the best ive had from a mcdonalds in FOREVER... like, unexpectedly delicious. For being night shift, the workers were very personable and friendly. Its also worth mentioning that one of the things I got was an ice cream cone, so their ice cream machine WAS up and running at midnight, thankfully. And to whoever made it, THANK you! It was a very generous portion and the presentation looked like an ad for McDonald's. I never leave reviews on fast food usually but im so grateful the one by me closed early. I'll go back to this one even though its out of the way from my house.

Worst experience ever I used the app to get it in a timely manner, what a joke I sat with the car running for over thirty minutes. Mind you the place was empty when I pulled in. My order already said it was completed. After thirty minutes, I decided to go in, and someone says, oh it's coming out now. Then the person flies, right past me to go deliver it to me. And they forget half of my order which was only to feed two ppl. Never again will I go to this location. Always have the longest wait time and food is always awful and cold

if i could id give this place zero stars! which is unfortunate because they recently had a General Manager change. The last one was amazing! This one is letting the place go, it looks terrible in there, food is coming out raw, and the employees attitudes have completely changed once the new manager came around. They used to be so lively now they look like they don't want to be there. That is a sign of terrible leadership! I used to see so many familiar faces there working and it was amazing to see their energy, I learned they quit. That's unfortunate and no doubt due to the terrible leader they have in charge. I can only imagine the disappointment the owner has now that their store is going down. I was in there once after the gm change and the new gm was sitting at a table with all her stuff out, laptop open, talking away. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!! I hope this store gets their act together!

As for raw food just a bit longer cooking and it will be alright.

To the staff I'm sorry you have to deal with from what I can see the worst person possible to lead the store cause the one in charge doesn't know what they are doing. Keep your chin held high.

As for the customers I hope you join me in going to another McDonalds and not support this one till who ever gets their act together. Making the place so bad that your staff reflects not wanting to work there is not a place for happy customers.

I specifically chose this location because the one by me isn’t 24 hours, yesterday I waited 10 minutes in line for one coffee and ended up asking the young lady that takes the money if she could hand me my coffee, it was a medium 3 creams and 4 sugars and she brings me a large with no cream and sugar I was pressed for time so I took it and pulled off. Today against my better judgement I went back, it’s always one car just sitting at the window waiting what seems like forever, I asked for the same coffee style and asked the lady that took my money AGAIN was it going to take long she says no it’s already ready, tell me why what was allegedly ready wasn’t so I pulled off with no coffee and it was paid for, I called and the manager told me a person that used to work for McDonald’s as a child, the been purchasing coffee every morning for the past 3 years told me that they freshly brew the coffee per order and I lost my mind, so I don’t want my money back, I don’t want free food, I want them fired because for one customer is ALWAYS right and there is no way I should’ve waited over 10 in that drive thru line for a single coffee at 3am make it make sense. I wish I could give them zero stars

Just came through the drive through
Ordered with the mobile app. I am confused to why my French fries and filet o fish are stone cold. It’s 11.20 am when I ordered and it’s a Friday.

Shouldn’t lunch be fresh and hot?? Especially for the fact that they were not busy in the drive through line.

Also tried to call their number no response

Im so sick of them getting my order wrong, ill be honest it doesn't happen alot but it happens often enough that theirs no way im driving all the way back to ask them to fix it, last week i ordered a big mac meal with a high c they gave me a fanta, today i ordered a mcdouble meal they gave me a McChicken... the week prior they completely forgot a large fry, I shouldn't have to check the bag Everytime i shop here, and tell your employees to stop throwing the French fries in the bags laying down if they cant stand them up, use another bag... Ridiculous..

No McDonald's location is perfect, but service and quality of food is pretty consistent here in my experience. Staff has been really good and speed is acceptable.

My husband went to pick up an online order on his way home from work. When they got there they said they didn't have the order number and insisted he was at the wrong location. They then told him I had to be there in order to receive the order, even though he had the code. We have done this 1000 times in the past. They wouldn't give him the order. I had to go up there myself and talk to a manager. Even then, she still wouldn't give me my order even though it showed in my previous orders, I showed her i earned points from the order, and the money was already taken out of my account. I wasn't going to leave without what I paid for. She finally rang up my order as a regular in-store order to have it made. She was very rude, never offered an apology, compensation. Nothing. This location is by far the worst. This isn't the first time we've had issues, but it will be our last. This location is around the block, but I'll be driving out of the way to the 15 and utica location from now on.
