I asked for an iced coffee macchiato size medium … I got a small and paid 3.60 for it ! I took a pic and posted it and everyone is saying it’s a small not happy at all and this is coming from former McDonald workers. 😡 I paid for a medium I should have got a medium.

for 3 days in a row around 4 am i have not been able to get food here ,even though its 24/7 ,first 2 morning was told computer was down cant tale orders ,then this morning just told not open after sitting at the menu for a few minutes,

I am speaking of the 15 Mile and Groesbeck McDonald's . The location is well managed, clean and always beautifully decorated to be a fast food restaurant. The pretty flower arrangements stand out, especially the color selection. The food is on point! Kudos!!!

The gentleman at the drive thru made the most perfect Iced Caramel Coffee today! And it’s quite warm today so he gave my canine companion a nice bowl of ice water. And he greeted us with a genuine smile. All those gestures were the perfect way to start my afternoon!

they messed up my oder then wouldn’t even replace it i had half the stuff i ordered it was a mess the night shift manager only cares about getting off so they half way make your food i’m going up their in the morning because to talk to somebody cuz i’m highly irritated i just can’t believe the service and they didn’t even put my nuggets in a nugget box

Sat at the inside order lane while 4 cars pulled up and placed orders in the outside lane. My rewards code expired because she never took it and they refused my discount. The lady said next time be more patient because they’re busy lol. I will never be back. Terrible customer service.

I'm sitting here right now. Sorry but the food and service is good. I know people like it's just McDonald's. But I had Ketchup on my burgers they are not dried out my pie is not died out. The fries are salted and hot. And the customer service was excellent. They offered Ketchup and salt didn't have to ask. And yes that's a compliment coming from some of the other McDonald's I go to. Will definitely come again if I'm in the air. Sorry I couldn't post my food I ate it. 🤦🏽♀️
