Waitin in drive thru the lady comes on speaker today and says ill be with you in moment we wait we wait meanwhile the other drive thru line is getting people served ahead of us People pulling up after us and going right thru. I speak up and she rudely says give me a minute! 6 or 7 people went ahead of us in the other drive thru line Thats is completely rude and uncalled for Saturday dec 14 24 time was about 1 oclock pm during the day This person had the outside lane and just decided to not serve us we left we had no choice . Mcdonalds on groesbeck you are terrible and more people need to review you for what you are

They didn't get the right food. They weren't even all that busy. Food window didn't know if I paid at previous window. Just seems unorganized.

They asked for my rewards code for 25% off my meal, it registered on my phone that they got it, but when I got my receipt at the window I was charged full price. When I mentioned it to the young guy at the 2nd window, he didn't care. Didn't even attempt to try to resolve it.
Also, I asked for breakfast sauce on my steak, egg, & cheese McMuffin. Good thing I checked my sandwich before I left, because it wasn't on there. When I told the young man at the window that I needed a side of breakfast sauce b/c it wasn't on my sandwich like i asked, he said, that'll be $0.90. I told him I asked for it when I ordered it, and it showed that I was already charged $0.40 for it. He just said hold on and went and grabbed a side of the sauce and brought it to me. BUT THERE WAS BARELY ANYTHING IN THE CONTAINER!!! 🤦🏾♂️
He says, have a nice day, but also forgot to give me the orange juice that I ordered which was sitting RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. (He was so unfocused, unprofessional, and unbothered.) And to add insult to injury... After I had already driven off, I took a sip of my OJ, AND IT TASTED LIKE WATER!!! 🤦🏾♂️😡😠

Medium Orange Juice, was asked at the window after I paid "You had the egg McMuffin?"No I had the sausage biscuit with bacon, "You had the Egg Mcgriddle?" NO MY ORDER IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU AND LISTEN TO WHAT IM SAYING, Finally get my food, Hashbrowns are correct, but they gave me a Sausage Biscuit WITHOUT THE SAUSAGE AND SUBBED FOR BACON, SMALL ORANGE JUICE, Y'all need to train these people for real, cause I could of just put a biscuit and bacon together myself at home

Been going to McDonald's one a week for 13 years and probably won't stop. I like their bugirs! Sometimes, they get your order wrong, and that can be pretty annoying. Overall, it's a good place if you need fast food.
Ordered a large coffee, got a medium, and was argued with. Ordered the sausage burrito meal, and they weren't even microwaved. Ice cold. What a joke. I just won't be coming back to this location. That's the only solution that makes sense.

This location does not now what we'll done fries are.You order them amd then they have u wait for over 10 minutes to then hand u fries that are cold and over salted.They always forget to give you sauce but obviously don't forget to charge you for it.Its hit and miss on employees with attitudes as well.
