I am speaking of the 15 Mile and Groesbeck McDonald's . The location is well managed, clean and always beautifully decorated to be a fast food restaurant. The pretty flower arrangements stand out, especially the color selection. The food is on point! Kudos!!!
The gentleman at the drive thru made the most perfect Iced Caramel Coffee today! And it’s quite warm today so he gave my canine companion a nice bowl of ice water. And he greeted us with a genuine smile. All those gestures were the perfect way to start my afternoon!
I'm sitting here right now. Sorry but the food and service is good. I know people like it's just McDonald's. But I had Ketchup on my burgers they are not dried out my pie is not died out. The fries are salted and hot. And the customer service was excellent. They offered Ketchup and salt didn't have to ask. And yes that's a compliment coming from some of the other McDonald's I go to. Will definitely come again if I'm in the air. Sorry I couldn't...
