Sub-standard as far as McDonald's goes. Took about 15 minutes to get our food inside (app order) there's were a few cars in the drive thru, and one ahead of me inside. Crew seemed happy and that they get along. But they were in no rush, and you could hear lots of profanities (I'm sure other guests with children wouldn't appreciate). Other than tat the food was decent and correct. (They were also out of all fountain drinks)

For this to be a fast food place they take VERY long. I have been sitting in this line for 20 minutes. Not one person said a word to me upon giving me my receipt OR food. They just handed it out and didnt say anything. Why be rude to the customers when youre the ones causing the line to move so slowly.

Very disappointed with how this turned out. I ordered ahead for my boyfriend to pick up his breakfast. We only have one car so he said he was fine walking up there on his day off. We had done it before many times where I place the order and he picks it up. Today, however, my boyfriend went inside and was told he can’t take the order because he doesn’t have the phone with the pickup code? I sent him a screenshot with the code and the order they still refused to let him take the order because he didn’t have the actual phone that the order was placed on. They told him that that had always been the policy to have the physical phone. They made him reorder in the restaurant and while he was waiting for them to bag everything he could hear the cashier and manager making snide remarks that “that’s how people get free food”. Extremely rude of them to assume that my boyfriend was trying to scam free food, especially when he had all the information needed to prove it was his food. Usually this is one of the nicer McDonald’s in the area, especially during breakfast, but with that it is just an unwelcoming atmosphere. Would not recommend eating at this one again, unless you want the workers to assume you’re going to end up scamming them for free food

Came in on dinner break. Ordered at 6PM, and it took 15 minutes for them to get out to me. Ordered chicken stripe and fries. Food good but nobody should have to wait 15 to get it.

Google says this McDonald's is open 24 hours but I visited the drive-thru today at 6:40 AM and they said they weren't taking orders yet. They should update their hours to reflect what time they actually open on Saturdays.

Went to get a coffee in the evening before work. 2nd Lane must have been broken/off. Told the lady working the drive-thru about it. She gave me attitude, asked her if I could order there since the only other car was behind me in the same off lane. She told me in the snarkiest attitude I have heard all week to drive around and shut the window on me. Yeah, go to the McDonalds at Lakeside circle or the one on Garf.

Whoever the amazing lady was working the second window in drive thru late tonight (11/27) (2am) showed me such kindness. I work in food service / hospitality myself and she went out of her way to refund my frozen coke for me in cash without me asking, I didn’t want to be a bother- they were all out and let her know it was okay, and don’t worry about it. I am a waitress myself in the food industry and I serve many people on a daily basis and such a small act of kindness given to me and great service was amazing, especially at such a late hour. This McDonald’s is very lucky to have her, wish I got her name. So kind and thoughtful. I really hope she is recognized and someone sees this. Great job Hayes rd!! Give her a raise!

They’re more worried about screwing around with each other behind the counter than they are about getting an order right. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for items on sandwiches when half the time they aren’t put on. Whatever, life goes on lol
