Every once in a while I will go to this McDonald’s at night. Today I went at 1145 pm. Their google says open 24 hours. I show up and they tell me they are only doing DoorDash orders. The girl at the first window is just on her phone texting. There is nobody else there. Just me. It’s bull that fast food companies decide when they are only open for DoorDash customers. It feels illegal like false advertising. Be careful coming here at night. They may look open but they are closed

Went to this location went to the door noticed it was locked. Got back on my car went to drive thru and was told we are only doing DoorDash delivery. And was told could not order. What is this world coming too? I have to order delivery fast food.

Ever since new management it's been going down hill. Almost a month ago. My order was made wrong. Order extra apple slices on the side, 6 piece kids meal with a large sprite, got no large sprite and no apple slices on that order as well large caremal frappe which I did not receive. Today now another issue they can't count on the nuggets on a 6 piece. I order mcdonald's only ketchup and pickles hidden in the cheese haha real funny.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The guy had an attitude entire time he was taking our order (heavy sighing as if we were bothering him), snatched the card as we were paying and the other employee spilled the drinks because he didn’t secure the tops corrected and got an attitude as if it were our fault. The food/service industry may not be for everyone but if you choose to apply and accept employment in such an industry, there’s a level of service expected and they did NOT deliver. I don’t ever be returning to this location and advise anyone that doesn’t have an immense amount of patience to avoid this location as well.

I was in line for what felt like forever then to witness not only the wrong change and not only had they got my order to say “wrong” would be a huge understatement not even close and the workers don’t care maybe there moms should’ve taught them manners or at least how to give a refund so now I’m waiting and hopefully praying that the food is somewhat eatable but sadly no wrong soda no ice no fries ? of any value as they had been stone cold and the wrong dipping sauce to which I’m allergic in short AVOID AVOID AVOID this is a scam and not a real place to eat or even be around thanks for nothing
Horrible, horrible service. I have gone there 4 times now (always on the way home), and each time they have drastically messed up my order. NEVER get my beverage correct, and on multiple occasions have only put half my order in the bag. The employees are too busy looking at their phones and screwing around then they are concerned about customer service. I would NEVER recommend this McDonald's.

I rolled thru the drive thru here just to get some fries, the guy working the order was so incredibly incompetent I swear he must have been impaired.He was mumbling so badly and was clearly annoyed to be at his job, took it out by acting rude toward me and I imagine every other customer. You won't catch me at this McDonald's ever again.

More than once we've pulled in to the fully-lit parking lot, with its fully-lit drive thru menu board, only to be told they're only accepting DoorDash orders. Which is another way of saying that, instead of serving their customers, they're only willing to sell the same food to someone else, who will then mark up the price and sell that food at a profit to someone else. Or, in other words, they don't want our business.Until they change management and/or this policy, I would NOT recommend going here.

This particular location says it’s open 24-hrs, but I just went there around 5:55 a.m., and they were closed. I attempted to go there on another occasion in the middle of the night and they were closed then too. I don’t mind if those aren’t your hours, but I checked the website before leaving. Therefore, I wasted a trip there.
