Went in to pick up a to go order and there is no air conditioning thank God I wasn't planning on sitting inside to eat my food then I got home to eat and the chicken on my salad was really dry and un edible and my sneakers were not very good either called up and the manager was going to give me a 10 credit I asked for my money back instead and the manager Sherry got really upset said fine and then basically just hung up on me she liked literally snapped and got all mad and just hung up that was crazy not sure i will be coming back so sad there food used to be really good

I’m a customer and a door dasher and Olga’s is absolutely the worst place I am going to start denying orders here due to employees being rude and don’t even acknowledge you but I get in trouble with one star ratings since they don’t acknowledge us dashers until food comes out. Customer service has went out the window after Covid it allowed employees to be rude to customers and that is just not ok. At least acknowledge me when I’m waving you down I know you’re busy gossiping amongst your coworkers but this place would run a lot smoother if Olga’s employees would stop being disrespectful and rude.

Not what it used to be! My cucumber tomato salad was soup. SO much dressing! When I mentioned it, the waitress shrugged it off. Waitress and hostess were both uninterested in the customers and more worried about what time they would be able to go home. We will not go back to this location.

I initially placed my order at 7:05pm. Olga's said my food will be delivered by 7:49. I finally called them about 7:38 to inquire about the delay. When they said the order was sitting there waiting for delivery to get it for over 30 minutes, I told them I want my meal reordered fresh. They obliged and informed my delivery driver was on the way there now. My delivery driver Alexa was awesome! SHe was aware my food had to be reordered, so while she was waiting for my order to be completed, she asked if I wanted any of several items she could bring to me. Then she assured me that she is driving straight to my location to delivery as quickly as possible. During this time, she maintained contact to give me updates and get specific location directions for my home. She was very attentive and probably the very first delivery driver to drive up to my door without getting lost. Alexa deserves a raise.

Went for dinner tonight and it was so excellent. Haven’t been to Olga’s forever and it made me feel nostalgic. Sophia was our server and did a great job. Food came out fast, fresh and she was very accommodating with my children. Will be back
