Last night I door dashed a two pepperoni pizzas, my pizzas arrived with no pepperoni. By the time the food arrived the store was closed so I wasn’t able to call. As soon as they opened I called and spoke to the manager which was a lady. I let her know that not only was the pizza TERRIBLE, it also came with no pepperoni and they were missing other things I had paid for. Instead of telling me she was sorry that happened to be she argued with me and said take it up with door dash. I told her that door dash offered me a $4 refund and I just would like them to remake what they messed up. She refused. Terrible customer service.

Food was made fast and fresh and everything was correct on my order. The pizza was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Honestly 10/10 would 100% recommend my family and friends to come here.

Unfortunately, our experience on Saturday, July 5th was extremely disappointing. The person working that night hung up on us without resolving anything. We were delivered the wrong order—despite the employee acknowledging that the orders were mixed up—and they refused to fulfill a replacement order before closing. We had ordered jalapeño papa bites, 12-inch bacon cheese bread, buffalo wings, sauces, etc., but instead, we received two orders of brownies.
When we called to address the issue, we were told it was 'not their problem' and that we should ask for a refund, even though the store was still open. We called back immediately, only to be left on hold and then hung up on again. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the circumstances. It’s not difficult to provide better service. I hope the management addresses this behavior because it was completely unnecessary and made an already tough night worse. We’re left with brownies for dinner, thanks to the lack of customer service.
Do not recommend ever, just order from any other pizza place - they all do a better without even trying which clearly this store doesn’t care about.
Update: Still have no resolution from this.

These guys are the bomb. Best delivery drivers around. Ordered 60 times and zero messed up orders. Chill dudes. Spicy garlic butter is the cat's pajamas. Stuffed crust with bbq sauce and pepperoni dipped in spicy garlic butter. Feel like death the next day but 100% worth.

I usually don't have any issues here but this time was a little different. I had received a coupon for the stuffed crust pizza in my email so I was excited to try it. I was unfortunately disappointed. I don't believe the pizza was cooked enough because the cheese inside the crust was not very warm and barely melty as it's advertised in all the pictures. The rest of the pizza tasted fine though, it was just an issue with the stuffed crust.
