Unfortunately, our experience on Saturday, July 5th was extremely disappointing. The person working that night hung up on us without resolving anything. We were delivered the wrong order—despite the employee acknowledging that the orders were mixed up—and they refused to fulfill a replacement order before closing. We had ordered jalapeño papa bites, 12-inch bacon cheese bread, buffalo wings, sauces, etc., but instead, we received two orders of brownies.
When we called to address the issue, we were told it was 'not their problem' and that we should ask for a refund, even though the store was still open. We called back immediately, only to be left on hold and then hung up on again. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the circumstances. It’s not difficult to provide better service. I hope the management addresses this behavior because it was completely unnecessary and made an already tough night worse. We’re left with brownies for dinner, thanks to the lack of customer service.
Do not recommend ever, just order from any other pizza place - they all do a better without even trying which clearly this store doesn’t care about.
Update: Still have no resolution from this.

These guys are the bomb. Best delivery drivers around. Ordered 60 times and zero messed up orders. Chill dudes. Spicy garlic butter is the cat's pajamas. Stuffed crust with bbq sauce and pepperoni dipped in spicy garlic butter. Feel like death the next day but 100% worth.

Absolute losers. Stole my money. Waited over two hours for my stupid pizza while they strung me along the whole time. Marked it as delivered in the tracking and never brought my food. DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE.

I usually don't have any issues here but this time was a little different. I had received a coupon for the stuffed crust pizza in my email so I was excited to try it. I was unfortunately disappointed. I don't believe the pizza was cooked enough because the cheese inside the crust was not very warm and barely melty as it's advertised in all the pictures. The rest of the pizza tasted fine though, it was just an issue with the stuffed crust.

I wanted to get my daughter a Vday pizza and this is what they served me. Burnt pizza and the bread sticks were supposed to be garlic and they served me just straight bread sticks nothing on them.

Just witness my friend call them to confirm if the pizza had extra cheese and no tomatoes. They claimed pizza was in oven so there was nothing she could do about it. We placed the order on line. But still called to confirm the order was correct. Than delivery guy leavesthe pizza in the snow. And the pop wasn't delivered. We called they claimed they ran out and it will be refunded in 5 days. As we checked our statement. These business over charged US. Bad business and I am telling everyone. Scammers
