Don’t try and order through DoorDash. Had a Dasher cancel my first order, so I placed a second one, the second Dasher tells me that my order was already picked up by somebody. Even after telling the manager that I never received my order, they out right refused to make my order. Management there is a joke.

I love Papa John's but the accuracy at this location needs work.The last two times (including today) I ordered garlic instead of pizza sauce with the chicken parm bites I received the wrong sauce and they didn't give me the extra pepperchinies I paid for. I wish they would actually read orders so they can get them right. Altogether they have messed my orders up 4 times but recently it has been every time. I wish I would have checked before I left since I drove from 11 and Van Dyke to 16 and Gratiot. Learn from my mistake and check every order from them.

Superb- one of our favorite pizza places, unfortunately they just don't deliver to our part of town. Dearly miss the Cool Ranch Papadia now trying extravaganza stuffed crust now for the first time. I'm sure it will be Delicious!

Very disappointing. Hadn't ordered from here in years. Decided to try their garlic epic stuffed crust. What a let down. Cardboard texture dough. Wasn't buttery or garlicy. Mediocre pizza at best. Try anywhere else first, this chain should b a last choice.

Ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas. One of the pizza's bottom crust is so thin that it falls apart when you pick it up, and you can literally see through the bottom of the crust because it's so thin. I called back and the manager refused to give his name and said they can't remake the pizza because they've shut their ovens off. Very poor customer!
