I have allergies to certain things. And after I got my food i had headed off to work because it was for lunch..I realized that they things on the sub that I was allergic to I could not eat it. So I had to give it to one of my co workers and then hurry up and try to find something to eat for my lunch. This was a huge inconvenience and a waste of my money.

Really good sub, they seem to forget a few times something I asked for on my sandwich.

I'm back years later adding to review. Still can't seem to get Sandwiches right. I never order tomatoes, I always get tomatoes , never get my banana peppers.

Ordered the most disappointing, disgusting, saturated with vinegar sandwich. I literally couldnt even pick it up to eat because it was so drenched. The vinegar smell almost made me throw up. Very disappointed. Usually stuff is good from here, even when we get it delivered. I took a bite & had to waste my money because I couldnt eat more, even after putting on gloves so I could actually pick it up. 0/10 sandwich. Ill make sure to let people know..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Restaurant Experience Ever!

This place gave me the best experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant, hands down , all thanks to Zack! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The subs? Absolutely next level. Seriously, the best subs I’ve ever had in my life, perfectly made, packed with flavor, and incredibly satisfying. And the fresh lemonade? So refreshing and delicious, it was the perfect complement to the meal. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and check it out.

Always delicious and the service is great, best sub franchise around. If you haven't already, try the steak and cheese.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Popped in for lunch while getting my motorcycle serviced next-door. As a point of reference, Spartan Indian is right next-door and Wolverine Harley is right across the street. Service was with a smile and excellent! Far above average for fast food or a sub shop. Seemed to be genuinely good guys! Fries were good, hot and fresh. I’m not a big cheesesteak guy, but this one seemed to be pretty much middle of the road. A dude came around offering free cookies just about the time I finished my sammich, and that was the icing on the cake! Service and cookies were exceptional!

Very welcoming. Ordered and then went to have a seat. Staff brought the sub out as soon as it was ready. The sub was fresh, warm, and cheese melty. Perfect! Everyone was very nice.

How does it take 10 minutes to serve a order of fries?

On the Dave Portnoy scale this is a 9.4 Italian sub. The best Italian sub off the grill in Macomb. Cookies are supreme. Fries are excellent. Everything is always fresh. The flavor is great. Consistency at this location has never wavered in a decade span of coming here. I have nothing but good things to say about the Gratiot Penn Station. I will be back again, of course. Kudos to whoever runs this place, you’re a legend in my book.

Only like the fact that they have real French fries. Won't be back don't care for the other stuff they have.
