Slowest service ever! If you wanna wait 15+ minutes go here. Placed a mobile order before leaving my house and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. Waited an extra 20 minutes!
Why is this place always on BS how you running out of chicken oh your not you just didn’t cook anymore for the shift, always resetting the drive thru counter clock making you wait even longer for you food, the food is good but what you gotta go through to get it is wild lmao
This Popeyes is a messsss it always is! Only reason I go is it’s the closest popeyes to me. Idek why i still bother though. They’re ALWAYS out of something, but let me tell you about my experience today 6/23/2025. I went through the drive thru at first and wanted some chicken wraps, they told me they were out…. Im like okay so I got a 3 pc combo. When I got to the window I wanted to add popcorn shrimp and I knew it would be an inconvenience so I told them I would just come inside. I came inside to wait and decided to sit down and eat while I waited because my 3pc combo was ready. So Im sitting there eating, waiting on my shrimp and they’re having the wildest most inappropriate conversations. saying the grease looked like the one girls privates, they’re calling the customers in the drive thru b words and stuff im sitting here listening like okay….. Then another customer comes in and guess what he ordered? Chicken wraps. and guess what, she didnt say they were out, she just took his order. So im just sitting there observing like wtf….. Ngl, this location needs some serious corporate attention and action or it needs to be closed. Why are they always out of something? The why are they lying about being out of stuff? And they serve old food. Be fr. Never expect anything decent coming here . I understand the craving for some fried chicken, but its really not worth it. Might as well go somewhere else.
My chicken was hard and not fresh at all, my order wasn't correct and I'm on my lunch break so it's not like I can run back up there. These people were not professional at all and told me exact change only, after I had already ordered. so I'm counting some change at the window when she finally gets tired of waiting and tells me she can break a big bill... what was that about? Sounds like some lazy work if you ask me. That place is ghetto and ill never spend my money there again. They need to change the faculty over there, they all look like little kids.
I went there to get the new spicy chicken wrap and it only has sauce and pickles, which in the description is a lettuce and cheese they customer service it’s very unprofessional and they also just don’t never have nothing

UPDATE.... AS OF 10/22/24, WE HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED OUR REFUND OF THE ORDER THAT WE PLACED.....Wife and I finally decided to give this newer place a try and it was a complete fail. We ordered combos with drinks. Arrived at 6:10pm to pick up my order and they informed me that were out of chicken tenders, tartar sauce was indicated that they had some but have never opened the package. They ran out of cups for drinks. Manager tried and did compensate, however, when I ordered 2 cinnamon apple pies that were indicated on the board to cost 2.99 for the both I was charged 3.99. I asked as to why I was over charged, they only wanted to give a refund for the whole amount versus making it right. The answer that I received was "that's what the computer charges" even though the board indicated a lesser amount. Manager seemed to have no authority to adjust or fix and stated that it was out of her control and to call number on receipt. No offer to refund and just give me the deserts for the inconvenience. Unacceptable. Tried calling and only got the same manager that could not "fix" the order to any type of customer satisfaction when I was in the building. Needless to say, they lost a potential customer(s).

Not sure how a fast food restaurant just runs out of cups. Sounds like they need to hire a manager that can count. Then sat in the drive through for 15 minutes watching Latoya and the front counter employee just sit on their phones. They also managed to screw up the order

Ordered through app. This is only the second time I have had my food delivered from here - I always go there, order through the app in the parking lot right before I walk in, then go in and tell them I want my food made fresh, and that I don't mind waiting. I'll start with this experience. I received 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10. The chicken itself was old and dry. I mean old. Former chef here, so I wouldn't say it was old unless it was obviously very old. Cold. I did not receive the large order of cajun fries that were supposed to come with my meal. I did receive the large mashed potatoes. Instead of the large fries, I received an additional small mashed potatoes. I used 800 points on the app to order a 6 pc wings dinner with a small mashed potatoes. Signature hot wings with buffalo sauce on the side. I also ordered and additional 6 wings a la carte the same way. Received 12 dry wings - no signature hot sauce on them, and a couple packets of buffalo sauce. ALL of the mashed potatoes were ICE COLD! I pulled out my $110 Thermapen thermometer (yes, former chef here) and temped the very center of the large mashed potatoes at 56 degrees, which is actually about 20 degrees under the outside temperature. How is this even possible????? $45 I spent. I will never, ever be ordering delivery from here again, if I order again from here at all. If I do order from here again, it's better to go order in person and wait an hour. Yes, an hour. The last time I ordered in person, I waited an hour. There were 3 Door Dash drivers and 3 other customers waiting nearly as long as me, despite not even ordering it mad fresh. All the while, the employees are talking and laughing back and forth, not doing their jobs. The first time I ordered through delivery (today was only the 2nd time ordering delivery), I never received any food. Apparently, my order was picked up incorrectly by some other driver. I waited nearly 2 hours, making 6 phone calls to the store, to Door Dash, and even to the numbers of the 2 additional drivers sent to get my "remake" order, only to be finally told that the order was picked up and that the store would not "remake" it. Ended up getting a full "refund" of the money charged to my credit card for the food I did not even receive. And, if you order from here and realize they messed up your order, forget about calling them. They don't answer. I let my call ring 31 times on the 2nd call I made before it was answered. After explaining that I had not received my food, I was told to call Door Dash and was hung up on while I was right in the middle of asking a question. And forget about calling Door Dash. They'll tell you to call the store because you ordered through their (the store's) app. Just horrible. Like I said, better to order in person and wait - a long, long time. ZERO STARS!

The employees were more concerned about their phones than they were about making orders and stocking the tops to the cups and napkins.

Always something with this place seems really shady. They’ll never take cash like they have nobody to go to the bank to make change or something. I’ve been told other times they have no chicken. They’re doing really poor Popeyes needs to stop in and take a look at the store.
