I’ve been to this location a few times and the food is pretty legit. My cheeseburger was how I wanted and they don’t skimp on fries. My only gripe was with the service as to why my review is the way it is. The hostess was great but the waitress not so much. Don’t remember her name because she was never at our table. If you can make it past the poor service, the food makes up for it though. Also watch out for the $2.99 fee for the tablets. They are secretly scamming extra money out of you. You have been warned!

Had a small issue with the server, she had a misunderstanding of company policy as it relates to allergens, manager however fully aware corrected and had great experience

I came here yesterday around 7 or 8pm with my family our waitress was superb my niece and nephew whose both 4 years old the waitress got them a balloon and made sure they were happy she was very attentive so the customer service was great the only gripe we had was our food my neice and nephew had kids milkshakes my nephew milkshake had a whole strain of hair which was a turnoff also the apps and food were not hot at all it’s like the food was sitting up
Out drinks which we got the freckled lemonade which was tarted my mom
Order a peach lemonade she said hers taste like juice
It’s just overall food was horrible for the amount we paid the only thing was good was the service I don’t think we would be coming to this location anymore

This is a typical Burger place with other options but this night the service was exceptional. Our server was on his A game. Our drinks were never empty and we didn't wait on anything.
