I have been wanting to order here for awhile as we live very close but was always held back because of the prices. Should have listened to my gut. Decided to get the “jumbo” steak sub and it was pretty thin/small and contained very low quality meat and a little lettuce. No peppers to speak of and then they decided to charge $1.59 for a small side of ranch. You get to charge those prices if the product matches the price. This is not the case. Much better places for A LOT less.

My reply to the response from the owner.I have purchased the "Little Sammy" many, many times for over 15 years at your store and the Mt. Clemens location. I know exactly what this little pizza should look and taste like. Unless you changed the way it looks in the past 11 months, it should be exactly as I described in my complaint. The pizza I received was NOT what I have ordered in the past when I order a Little Sammy. As for the the seed topping, your website didn't offer anything to select the crust toppings. The point is, I won't be ordering this Little Sammy or any other pizza. Not happy with the food or the service I received.This place is terrible and it is getting worse. After months of not being able to order online, no matter what time I tried, I finally was able to place an order. Included with my pizza order, I also ordered the "Little Sammy", as it is a trademark of Sorrento's. What I received tonight was awful. It was like a pizza a local carnival would sell. While it sort of resembled a pizza, gone was the sesame seed crust topping, no deep-dish style, no flavor... just a kiddie size terrible pizza. When I called about the condition of this iconic little pizza from Sorrento's, the guy on the phone didn't care about my concern. He just blew me off with a "Whatever". Never again will I buy anything from this Sorrento Pizza store.

After months of not being able to order online, no matter what time I tried, the stars, sun and moon were finally in the right place and I was able to place an online order. Note: You don't know if your online order will go through until you try to pay for it. Then it will come up as "Ordering online is turned off". Wasted time to find out your order won't be accepted. Also, if you call in your order, you can't use their discount code for the order. Included with my pizza order, I also added the Little Sammy, as it is a trademark of Sorrento's. Was our go to pizza place since it was local. I tried to place an online order at 230pm for $38.00 using a promo code they provided. Site would not let me place an order online and said online ordering was unavailable. Called to place same exact order and was told they wouldn't honor the online discount since I was calling it in but could use a coupon to bring it down to $55.00. Even without the discount the online order would have been $47.00. I said it wasn't my fault that I couldn't place the order online and he simply didn't care. I will find another local go to pizza place that doesn't pull the bait and switch, very unfortunate!
Ridiculously pricey...really screwing the consumer using inflation ad an excuse to overcharge for their terrible pizza. I asked for it to be well done with extra sauce and it was neither. It was way too doughy and way too chewy and they really skimped on the toppings. Wont be back.
