First of all the short blond haired lady, didn’t catch her name but she was working evenings, anyways she was immediately standoffish and rude. Its not like the store was busy at all, in the hour i was here doing work online, 2 customers came inside. They keep it like 45 degrees inside, super uncomfortable, and theres only 1-2 outlets in the entire lobby. On top of that I ordered a pretty simple drink and didn’t get it made properly at all. 0/10 service.

Rude little Marissa. It’s frustrating when they mess up your order and get an attitude about it meanwhile you’re being patient friendly and already left a $5 tip for a coffee. TIP: tip after receiving service bc at this location the service is unfriendly.

Got the coffee order right but gave me the wrong sandwich. So I lost a couple dollars as they gave me a cheaper sandwich but I didn’t notice until I had left and it wasn’t worth the trouble to go back

The worst girl manger in there she’s super rude and doesn’t help with any wrong orders or if you have issue with ur order she’s extremely rude and doesn’t care about customers this is the worst Starbucks location

I came through the drive through today 1/21/25 and my 3 year old son was very excited to pay with his own gift card. The girl at the window stretched out to be able to scan his gift card and hand him his items. She made his whole day! Thank you 🫶
