HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
I asked for 3 hot chocolates, and got just hot milk. Dumped some out to see if it was just milk. SPOILER ALEART it was. SO MAD wasted 14! Dollars. I WANT A REFUND

Bad customer service, today I came up to a worker and asked her a simple question about a cologne brand. in response, I got a rude comment from another worker telling me to leave the store and used foul language with my 12 year old brother nearby, how thought.

I ordered food and a drink. I got the food very quickly however I had to wait 35 minutes for the drink. I am sorry, thirty - five minutes for a drink is not acceptable. What's worse is last week when I went here, I had to wait twenty minutes for two drinks.Obviously, the heated food was then cold and uneatable.I would not recommend this location unless you have at least a half hour to spare.

We sat down with my friend after receiving our order. It was nearly 9pm and on the door and the website it says that this particular Starbucks closes at 9:30 so we had in mind that we have to leave soon. We were having a nice little talk when this girl with short hair and I’m pretty sure she had glasses too, she comes up to us and interrupts saying “hi, we’re closed” in a very arrogant and unsettling way, nothing else. We exchanged looks with my friend and left. It felt super mean and I’m never the one to feel that way or to publicly leave the review but we did not feel treated well at all which changed my perception about this place a little. If you’re closed half an hour before it says you will be then they could tell us while we were ordering, something like “hey guys just so you know we’re closing in about 5 mins”, then we would take our drinks and just go. I work at food industry myself and there’s so many different and better ways this situation could have been solved, not coming up to us with such an attitude.

If I could give 0 I would. I have multiple issues at this location; I will not be coming back. Danny & the other staff members are rude, the service is absolutely terrible. I waited 30 minutes to get the wrong drink , I ask them to re make it and they still make it wrong and then hand me the stuff to finish it. I got a refund and left.
