I ordered food and a drink. I got the food very quickly however I had to wait 35 minutes for the drink. I am sorry, thirty - five minutes for a drink is not acceptable. What's worse is last week when I went here, I had to wait twenty minutes for two drinks.Obviously, the heated food was then cold and uneatable.I would not recommend this location unless you have at least a half hour to spare.

We sat down with my friend after receiving our order. It was nearly 9pm and on the door and the website it says that this particular Starbucks closes at 9:30 so we had in mind that we have to leave soon. We were having a nice little talk when this girl with short hair and I’m pretty sure she had glasses too, she comes up to us and interrupts saying “hi, we’re closed” in a very arrogant and unsettling way, nothing else. We exchanged looks with my friend and left. It felt super mean and I’m never the one to feel that way or to publicly leave the review but we did not feel treated well at all which changed my perception about this place a little. If you’re closed half an hour before it says you will be then they could tell us while we were ordering, something like “hey guys just so you know we’re closing in about 5 mins”, then we would take our drinks and just go. I work at food industry myself and there’s so many different and better ways this situation could have been solved, not coming up to us with such an attitude.

If I could give 0 I would. I have multiple issues at this location; I will not be coming back. Danny & the other staff members are rude, the service is absolutely terrible. I waited 30 minutes to get the wrong drink , I ask them to re make it and they still make it wrong and then hand me the stuff to finish it. I got a refund and left.

OMG! This caramel, crunchy, cold blended Frappuccino I had yesterday was out of this world! I couldn't stop drinking it! So flavorful! I highly recommend it! And the banana bread was also delicious! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Today I walked in at ordered my coffee. There were two gentlemen working one took my order was nice. The other gentleman acted like he did not want to be there. When he asked me if I wanted whip cream on my coffee I said no I just do the chocolate drizzle drizzle. He replied we don’t do that and I said oh I didn’t know that usually the Starbucks by my house and the one in Saint Petersburg do it. Then he responded because I was the only person in the store and he thought he could talk to me a certain way no they don’t I bet you they do not do that. I am 100% sure that they don’t do that he replied. Here’s the difference between him and other stores they provide great customer service this was very poor customer service and I was very disappointing as this is my first time ever in this locationI understand if you don’t want to be at work and do your job that’s fine or if you’re having a bad day but you shouldn’t treat your customers really poorly and try to embarrass them or talk down to them. I feel like this is a great coaching opportunity and employee can learn how to properly communicate I would’ve totally paid extra for the drizzle on the coffee but I don’t need the backtalk and his smart comments.

Today I walked in the store and it was busy but the employees really did a great job keeping the line efficient the cashier Julia was very nice and sweet and Summer made my drink with care I highly recommend this place to anyone that likes coffee or wants to try out coffee

Partridge Creek location in Clinton Twp., MIEvery time I come here this place is a mess. The tables are never wiped. Floors never swept, even the pickup counter is dirty. What’s going on??? Do they figure they just have to stop trying since the company has gotten so large??? Rethinking this place for sure. There are other coffee places - shape up!
