Great staff, great subs. Big bonus never a line and they take their time to make the food and it shows. Very pleased

Customer service is great. I never have to wait in a long line. Store is very clean. And food was great
Service is friendly and good. They also have better prices than the other nearby Subways. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the last three times I went they didn't have my online order even started when I came at the pickup time. They did apologise for not seeing the order and made it right away each time.

One of their sandwich artists, fairly new I'm assuming , handled money and went straight to putting toppings on some children's subs with the same pair of gloves. Even if she's new, there's no excuse for that.

I have tried calling and the number is disconnected. I even tried calling other subways near by and they did not have the number. I just went through the drive thru and left before I eve ordered. I asked for a second to see what I wanted to order and I could hear the guy on the headset talking(not to me). Then he would stop, and all of a sudden he started dropping the F word left and right. I decided to leave and wanted to call and talk to a manager to not cause a scene. I am very angry. I think this is completely uncalled for. I had my two children in the car and they dont hear language like that. This is was very disturbing to and my kids. And to top it off there isn't a number I csn voice my concerns to.

I went in to get a six inch subway but she was busy with another customer. I waited for awhile then I decided to go next door to Family Dollar for a gallon of water. When I got back to subway the customer was gone and I proceeded to place my order. I looked at the clock and I noticed the time (5:10) I should have been at work at 5.I had already called my employer to inform them I was on my way. I informed the lady behind the counter that I wanted a veggie 6 inch subway with American cheese toasted on wheat bread. She grabbed the bread cut it in half put the cheese on it when another customer walked in. She sat my sandwich to the side and asked him what his order was then she asked him what kind of bread as she reached in to get his bread I asked her if she could finish my sandwich because I had to get to work. She totally ignored me and continue making his sandwich. I don't have to do business with a company who hire employees that do not respect their customers. I though it best that I just leave. I thought at the very least she could have put it in the oven to toast before she waited on him. Now l don't know what she did with the bread and cheese she had cut for me but either way the company lost a sale and wasted their investment because of one employee bad attitude. As for me, I went to McDonald's.
