If I could give them zero stars I would!! This is the WORST location. I don’t know how they are even still open. I just placed my order online and they cancelled it. So I drove up there and the open sign was on but the doors were locked and it was like no one was there but their car was parked outside. If they’re going to pretend it’s closed atleast turn the lights off and the online ordering instead of just cancelling it!

The staff here are unprofessional and very rude. Ordered a sub and churro but they didnt have any. I asked for a refund on the churro but they said they couldn't. 9

I don't know who was working today 6/19/25 between 11am and noon but she was one of the rudest people I have ever come across. She was working last time and was just at rude. Not only that but both times my sandwich was terrible, I asked for the bacon to be cooked extra well done and it was the complete opposite. This is probably the worst Subway (when it's actually opened.) I tired it once it sucked but I always give things a second try and it sucked again. Only come to this subway if you like terrible food and service.

Ordered on the app and it was ready at the time it said it would be. Order was correct and staff working greeted us when we walked in. Business was slow so there was no wait.

I spent $45 on basically 3loafs of bread! There is no way the bread should be thicker than the inside of the sub.
The black girl with red hair is rude has no customer service skills. Literally mad cause people ordered food.
The inside has been closed for months which defeats the purpose of what subway is. It allows customers to see there order being made.
I’m pissed I want my money back and this establishment looked into

placed an online order , go to pick it up they have the door locked so you can’t go inside to get your order. then you try to go through the drive through and it just keeps repeating the same prerecorded message , no one would hop on to take our order , we had to try knocking on the door and honking the horn just to try and get her attention. nope she ignores us cause she’s too busy trying to close the place at 5:20pm when they close at 7pm , finally try the drive through again and she decides her ears work , 25 mins just trying to pick up my order. bread was soggy from just sitting there HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i see why they hardly ever have customers.

Do not use the drive through. They will not make your order correctly. Go inside so you can make sure they create your order correctly.
