Very nasty disposition as a manager
Disgusted with Subway. They hiked up their prices. Two subs costed about $25, when did this happen? But then I was heavily disappointed when my subway club was missing the bacon and half the veggies I asked for weren't on the sub either. My sub was mainly bread. That is literally all I could taste. I'm done with Subway. I hope they go under if this is how they are doing business now.
Was inspired to make this review because my sandwich was spectacularly bomb this time around, but everyone who works here is always kind and polite, and they always get my order correct and distribute the food evenly and fairly. I was honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews before I realized none of you must have ever worked any kind of customer service job before.. that or you’re just plain stupid. If you’re seriously taking the time to come on here to try to ruin the reputation of a bunch of people working minimum wage to make you a sandwich you could easily make at home (since you so clearly have enough free time to leave a nasty google review)… You need to grow up. Lol. Stop leaving google reviews about CORPORATE ISSUES (food distribution, prices, stock, etc) on random restaurant locations. All you’re doing is making the lives of food workers harder, call corporate and complain if you have that much of a problem.
I appreciate you subway garfield and canal employees, you continuously go above and beyond.
Mr. Patel made an outstanding sub for me today. Store is always clean, and customer service is top notch. My go-to Subway.
I get a veggie delite, this lady sells me a lettuce and cheese sandwich with less than 10 pieces of each vegetable. I kid you not, I ask for black olives and I get about 5 pathetic pieces of black olive. I do not recommend, they skimp out on 85 cents worth of vegetables, the whole point of a subway sandwich. Never again...
We did a mobile order a bit before 9 over a hour before they closed and yea we didn’t pick it up till 9:45 i know they wanna leave I get it but the older lady working was super rude they didn’t toast either sub when we asked I payed for double meat and didn’t receive it not was the Baja chipotle sauce on anyone if they were out and would of told me not a big deal didn’t say a word it was also super sloppy made and looks like the sandwich legit got punched I called 2 times and no answer

Charged me extra for a sub because I got 1 less meat on it. As a past employee that's honestly ridiculous. Saved them the meat and still got charged extra. Next time, I'll just throw the meat out so I don't get over charged.

SHELLY is amazing ? she is welcoming and very spot on! We need more wonderful people such as herself. I feel like I made a new friend she's the best. She really did make my night. Honestly seems like they had an attitude problem when I asked what kind of bread and cheese do they have as options when she was asking what kind I wanted, like do where are your options??!!! They advertise the options but they’re like invisible bro like what’s up with the attitude? Don’t like making sandwiches for people? Quit your job!!! I’m sure a robot won’t have a problem making the sandwich and with no attitude! Smh than asked her coworker to put the tip jar back in front of me so that I can tip after giving me the attitude, was a elderly lady smh, I tipped over 2 bucks on a 10 dollar order and should have not tipped anything with her attitude, I had like the worse ghetto vibes from this place and it’s close to my home. Will never come back here again, I’d rather go to a more upscale sub place that has better quality subs and better quality attires it worth more for me to pay more for a better attitude, this was on a Sunday night about 40 minutes before closing also. just gunna leave this here for awareness
