Just spent $33 here and got scammed, my bag was missing half the stuff and they didn't even get the items that were in the bag correct.I wanted to try the new cantina chicken menu items they have been advertising lately so I ordered an entire meal. Not one item from that meal ended up in my bag (except a bag of avocado verde salsa) which ended up in the trash.I'll avoid this place forever now.Thanks!

Literally just went through the line and didn't receive the right order yet again. It's really frustrating when you have your baby in the car and your wife who just spent the last 2 days in the hospital and all she wanted was some of this dogwood when she was discharged and they couldn't even get that right. Forget the fact there was only 3 people in line and it was at midnight. Really happy to be forced to donate to Taco Bell and not receive the items my money is meant for.

Location is generally poorly managed. Slower and more expensive than other Taco Bells in the area. Would highly recommend the location at 13 Mile Rd and Little Mack due to better service and lower prices.

Everyone seemed really nice but my nachos were not edible from the amount of salt on them. Well I’d say at least half of them were way too heavily salted and the rest aren’t salted at all, almost like after they were done frying, someone dumped salt on them in the bowl and then never shamed them around and grabbed a handful from the middle making sure to break half of them.

When they give you drinks, you didn't order because they don't sell coffee... Then when you tell them you got it 2 days ago, now they weren't trained to make it.Here, I thought Taco Bell was a viable option again. Trash.

The food was hooked up generously and wasn't bad but the self serve kiosks are off-putting to me. Most of the tables were dirty. I prefer personal service and clean facilities, this place had neither. Plus with so many better places like Chipotle, Moe's, Qdoba and grand Azteca it feels that the days of places likeTaco Bell and Del Taco are numbered

I wish they could get my order right at least once. several times, I've tried to give this location a chance every time I order at night. An item is forgotten or made incorrectly. Fast food? I'm waiting 15 to 25 minutes from the moment I place my order every time. Being someone from the service industry, this should be a huge red flag to regional managers or higher. Huge loss in potential profits. Will not be returning to this location I'll drive the extra 4 miles to get my order correctly made with everything I ordered. Having to wait 15 min to not get my order correct and pulling back around to wait another 20 minutes is unacceptable for fast food!

This Taco Bell is in disgrace. This Taco Bell is a disgrace. I don't know how they keep their franchise license. This place should be closed down immediately. 89 minutes per car on the drive through. Come on, then your order is a wilt it. Let us drink tomatoes in a very. Very dissatisfying experience.
