This used to be a good taco.Bell where your order was prepared properly and you got what you ordered and it wasn't done horribly. But last few times have been here it's just been terrible. Poor management.

All good with my orders the last two times besides them filling my cinnamon twists bag with 3/4 cinnamon sugar then actual twists. I enjoy it to an extent, but not when its filled half way to the top with sugar.

I’m a regular customer on DoorDash known as “Nancy Drew” (ask the staff I bet they know haha) and I’m also a regular drive-thru customer as I have been for the 3rd time this week (pic as proof for today) this team is amazing!!!!! They don’t get enough credit or appreciation for how hard they work, there was a line sooo long tonight and I felt so bad for the employees I wanted to cancel my order….this Taco Bell needs a leader not a manager, they have enough talent in-house! Taco Bell, hire me. My team needs me.

This taco bell is definitely one of the better ones, they absolutely stuff the food full here everytime I come, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is every now and then they tend to forget an item in my order.

It wasn't too good...I asked for fresh fries The young lady that waited on me said they had just dropped some I said okay. When I get my order the Fry's weren't fresh so I gave them back. I asked for fresh fries. They put fries in the oil. I wait there 6 or 7 minutes. The guy puts the fries in my bag. I leave. I'm driving home. I'm reaching for the bag. Try the fries. Those weren't fresh fries I go home, eat, talk to myself, I'm going back to b**** about me knowing fresh fries and fries that have been sitting there for 5 or 10 or 15 minutes so I asked him is there a problem with someone asking for fresh fries so they start talking about corporate and this and that but anyway they gave me three coupons for a taco so all in all that somewhat worked out.

If you are hungry and in a hurry this is not the location for you. Especially for those with late night cravings. During the day average like 15-20mins with not that long of a line and at night I have waited up to 45-50 minutes with less than 10 cars in front. They basically throw the food at you when it is ready.

If you want to consistently NOT get what you order, this is the place for you! Hopefully the franchise owner sees this, your employees are stealing from you. Manager doesnt come to help when requested. Check your cameras on the line on 3/19 starting at 7:08 or so and again around 7:24pm
Night shift just gives back paper change. But no one contests but definitely happens often. Drawers over or pockets jingling

I don't know how it's so hard to just mark the bottle because two other sauces look exactly the same and every time I can do a chicken quesadilla I have to check it because they put the wrong sauce on it every time I don't get what's so hard

Make sure they don't forget the sauce packets if you ask for them. It was noted on my receipt but not in the bag so I had to go in n get it myself after ordering from drive thru. My husband said it was the worst bean burrito he ever had. My taco was in pieces n the shell was undercooked. Chicken Cantina soft taco is always wonderful.
