The service was fine, and the speed was fine. Fries were old, and chicken nugs were overcooked and small.
I come here probably once a week for years and until today I have never had any big issues. Usually they are fast and friendly enough and the food is good. It's Taco Bell so you know what you will get normally. Is it quality food? Nah. Because it's Taco Bell. It's fast food and I know what to expect from fast food in general.
So to me this Taco Bell has pretty much always been pretty good. But I just got the nuggets and oh man, NOT GOOD. They were small nugget bits, and a couple of the bits were twice as small as the rest of the already small nugget bits. I have to call them nugget bits because they really weren't big enough to be called nuggets. And they were overcooked. I wish I would have taken some pics but eh just ate it and afterwards decided to post this. Just not a good meal at all here on this day.
And so this is me telling you to avoid the nuggets, at least at this location since I can't speak on any other location.
I will still eat at this Taco Bell. The staff has always been friendly to me, especially Janiya, but really everyone has been cool. And the food usually is what I expect it to be and so that is normally good too.
But yeah, skip the nuggets please.
Both of us are feeling sick in the gut after an hour of eating at this Taco bell.
food is good but drive threw AI is unpleasant and horrible to use. took 7 minutes to order 2 items because it apparently “couldn’t understand” this is driving away costemers and is rising drive threw times. i will not be recommending or returning
The employee working the Drive thru has no problem shrugging shoulders and closing the window in the face of a guess. With multiple coverings on the face I'm surprised communication was audible over speaker. There was NO car behind and NO one in restaurant. They try to force you to come inside the restaurant even though you can ONLY EXIT DRIVE THRU ONTO THE STREET. If the majority of the revenue after a certain time comes from ONLINE or DELIVERY services why not be accommodating ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS NOOOOOO OTHER ORDERS. WHY does the corporation not realize the inconvenience there causing their patrons. The process should be reviewed and considerations made
Too expensive
Always a goto for that late night crave
Don't expect filing in your burritos if you come here.
The robot that started taking my order must of been hard of hearing asked 5 times what I wanted and still didn't take my order. Took over 3 minutes for a real person to take it and still got it wrong. I don't know why they always put your Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag. When I go to eat it the pressure from the rest of my food on top of it makes the cheese stick to the lid
They have to fix their automated order voice in the drive thru I asked for no tomato's but I got in my food

Steak Cheese burritos were literally crap. Only thing I come for at TB. Barely any cheese, super dry. Just nasty 🤮

I was in the store for 5-10 waiting for a mobile order. Not a single staff member said one word to me. Even the guy who set the order down at the stand. I know they don't get paid alot of money but greeting someone is easy enough. I'll give it to them that they were busy, but dead silence for 5-10 minutes... c'mon!!! Do better people...

Naasir (one of the workers) was awesome, always kinda and nice! The AI messed up and said I wanted 2 Baja blast freezes but he made it right and gave me my 2 large fountain drinks and let me keep the freezes! Great team!

Nacho fries were very good, but the larger man at the window made it very clear that he was greatly inconvenienced by me going through the drive thru that had no cars in it as opposed to me going inside at 3am to pick it up and wanted me to “come inside next time” and based on his size I’m sure he knows 95% of fast food places close their indoor service as early as 8pm, so I don’t understand why he felt it necessary to be so rude, or that he even had the nerve to say “thats all” when he forgot the straws, you work fast food, hit a cart and be a pleasant person, you’re not getting drug tested for being nice.
