I really love the Tim Hortons on 17 and Garfield the employees there are always so kind, and my food is right most of the time. the atmosphere in the lobby is amazing. I love how many seats there are to sit and they even have a nice booth. I think it would be a lot better if they had cool music playing in the lobby. The two employees behind the counter really made up for the no music though because they were singing really majestically to me while I was eating. I don’t really remember their names, but there was this big black buff guy, and this other kid with a beard and glasses kind of big boned idk. Really nice experience!!!

I walked in to order on 8/30 at around 11:40 am and wasn’t acknowledged at all. A man walked in after me to bring back a muffin and they helped him first. Not good customer service at all. Went to the Tim Horton on Hayes

I was involved in an accident where someone hit my car (right in front of tim hortons). The cops were in the middle of shift change so they took awhile getting there. The staff let me use there bathroom and offered me water as well. The staff made sure I was Okay before heading back out. I appreciate it more then you know. Stay amazing. ❤️

Trash I ordered 1 cream 2 sugar and I get black then I go to call phone don’t work
I ordered a XL coffee 1 cream and 2 sugars and a medium French vanilla, they gave me a plain black coffee instead of the French vanilla which smelled like burnt plastic, the xl large was normal

Coffee and donut shop that also offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Quick serve. Coffee is a medium blend flavor, in my opinion, even when I choose the dark roast. The menu includes cold brew, blended drinks, and kettle potato chips. I rated the food 4 stars because they do not offer jelly/jam condiments at any locations. Sometimes you want a bagel with strawberry jam, just saying !

Ordered plain double toasted bagel with butter. No butter on the bagel and cream cheese all over the outside of the bag!!! Simple order! Need to get it together here. Where the manager!°
