It’s currently 419 am. It says it’s open at 4 am. I’ve come other days and it’s open inside. The lady saw me at the door I come every morning really early. She pointed at the drive thru. I walk cuz my house is close to the Tim hortons… I’m really really upset honestly. I just want the owner to know that it is not open inside at the time it says.

Horrible location. I ordered timbits, a drink, and a breakfast sandwich. When I pulled up to the window, all the employees were really scatterbrained. The employee at the window was rude. He gave me my drink and timbits and I said I'm still waiting on my sandwich. He yells at another employee and then comes back to me and says they're out of eggs for the sandwich. I asked for a refund and he sounded surprised. He finally got another employee to get me a cash refund even though I paid with the app. The timbits were disgusting and tasted old. So yeah, no bueno.

Kid-friendliness: They spoke and played with my daughter called her a boy but I'm not mad the prettiest babies can go for either one. Gave her a free donut too and coffee was hot and fresh

I waited in line for quite some time and ordered a regular ice cap. What I got was an odd color and gross taste. The line was so long I didn't have time to go back in to have remade but idk how the employee couldn't tell it wasn't normal when she handed it to me.
