Why is your staff watching TV on their phones whilst taking people's orders? You could here everything through the speaker.

If you advertise you close at 8 PM why close early? You have cars waiting it’s before 8 PM no response all lights off. Get it together.

Helen and Ashley made the best coffee for me!! Every time I go to this location I’m blown away by how good they make it! They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the coffee they make! 15/10 I love this location and the employees! Always fast and so super polite

This is my favorite Tim's. I will go out of my way to come to this one. My coffee is always perfect, food always hot. Crew is always polite, and fast!
This place needs attention from a manager or someone higher up than on site staff. Quiet Sunday morning and I place an order in the Drive-Thru, get to the window and they only have one of my drinks rang up. I politely tell the guy there's a second drink which he adds. He repeats the total to me and it still doesn't sound right, so I also politely inform him there is a sandwich supposed to be on the order as well.. a random employee walks by the window and says next time we don't take orders at the window, to which I informed her, the order was placed back at the kiosk. Of course then they asked me to pull up when I calmly ask who took my order in an effort show it wasn't my mistake.I know from the past not to pull forward because they will simply delay bringing it to me as a way to exercise control over customers.. clearly this team this morning do not understand how to treat polite customers. Just avoid this location in my opinion as they could possibly have this crew running the drive through. We have to fight back with our dollars if they refuse to do their jobs or take any accountability when a customer points out THEIR mistakes. To that crew I say, if you hate your job because of us, you should pick a different career

Ordered a Xl Double cream triple sugar it is so burnt i can’t drink it it taste like alcohol also ordered a medium pumpkin ice capp way to much pumpkin syrup it’s disgusting you could just see it all sit at the bottom and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was barley toasted
