Placed an online order before 11am and they didn’t give me half my food I ordered because it was breakfast. But yet the app allows me to purchase breakfast. They didn’t communicate with us at the drive through about them not being able to complete the order and basically gave poor options to fix the situation. Coffee wasn’t made right either. Their way of fixing it is contact customer service because they can’t seem the fix anything.

This has to be one of the worst locations! The staff was extremely unfriendly, completely ignored customers standing there, and when I asked a question the girl who was using the foam machine gave me an attitude because I asked how long it would be, she became combative and blew me off.

Stay far away from this location, it is filled with employees that do not

Used to be a great location and now they have a new staff filled with kids that don't care about their job. Have been an almost daily customer and after today I will not return.

Don't even order food from this location. Brown lettuce, stale bread, and extremely watered down coffee. I couldn't even take a bite. Should've turned around and returned it right away. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Never again!

It's nice to know your food has fresh eggs, but to have egg shells in your sandwich to me is a problem, the sandwich wasn't warm or the hash browns, I had to wait to get to work to warm it up, aside from the fact that the cheese was missing, egg shells is a bit much.

I come here daily for convience it's so close to home and I'm going to start making the drive to go to a different location. They are so inconsistent. I order the same drink every morning a medium iced caramel macchiato, nothing crazy no substitutions or anything and today I got a literal glass of milk. Barely any espresso. And I ordered mediums they brought me larges like they were doing me a favor and it was all milk. The donut I ordered is like hard they are NEVER fresh. And the customer service is bad to.
I love tim hortons but hate hate Hate this location !

Love the ladies, but prices have become too high. I have been coming her for a couple years because Mary and Ashley are just so awesome. Ashley always has a great attitude and I am happy when I hear her voice over the speaker because I know my drink is going to be made to perfection, someone seriously needs to offer these women a better job in customer service because they are consistently great. The only issue I have, which has made me stop coming to this location is the price of drinks. They charge $5.30 now for a medium iced capp and I can go down the road and get one for $3.49. I could understand if their excuse for the difference was to pay their employees more, but it was because property tax is too high, so they have to compensate, which I don't believe. The outside of the building always looks gross. If the owner took that extra money and invested in the property and employees I bet the reviews would be better. Unfortunately the ladies that are so amazing there will be the ones to suffer.

They need to be more careful with customer change. I gave them$20.01 for a medium coffee and they shorted me and told me I gave them a $5 bill. Even the manager said she was standing over the employee when it happened & still insisted I gave her a 5 when I gave her a $20. I refused to move out of line until they finally admitted they were wrong and gave
the correct change. Hardly even an apology given to me. Just said I was right. Wow where has customer service gone.

Service is always a stand still always told to wait and the quality of drinks are served horrible, the only good reason to come back is Mary she knows what she is doing. Bought a drink today and it was spilled across me at the window total lack of caring just staired at like I had 3 eyes. And now the price of a Icecap is over 5 bucks,WTH...

I visit this location 4 times a week and order the same thing everytime large ice cap extra cream and always end up with ice cap looking different. Today I asked the lady at the window if she could please add extra cream ice cap too dark. She walked away and came back with the ice cap looking the same . I had said normally the ice cap is like a tan color she just handed me the ice cap and walked away from the window . Not happy I wish Mary worked more.

***LIGHTS ON NO ONE HOME**
The most annoying thing about this location is that it is never ever open ON TIME!!!!!! I get to this location 4 out of 5 days at 5:50am They always have the lights on but will ignore you as you sit at the speaker or the menu is dark with one person moving around inside. When you drive around they act puzzled and say they are not open yet. This is the only Tim hortons on my way to work, posted hours are 5:30am daily I’ve been told from
The window that they don’t open till 6:30 or even 7:00pm one day. This is ridiculous! Just close already.

I cant recommend this Tim Hortons... the service is really slow, half the time the lobby is closed for some reason, and the build and property itself is very poorly maintained. Try somewhere else!
