This Tim's always has friendly staff and fast service. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that is tired of the lines at the green coffee company.

The workers are nice. They make terrible coffee. It's never right & usually lukewarm at best. This photo is of my "3 cream/3 sugar" but it taste like 1 cream with 8 sugar. I continue going, praying they can get it right, because they are so close.... I don't think I'll ever learn my lesson lol

My kids and I stopped in for some coffee after being at the museum. Tim Hortons is their favorite coffee stop. I have to admit they do have good coffee. I'm a fan of the flavored stuff, they willingly mixed their caramel and mocha together for me. It was a home run. We didn't get any pastries or other food because we had already eaten. But all those things sure looked tempting! I don't like bitter coffee, their beans have a rich, full-bodied taste. I've been to Starbucks a couple of times, but the price or the coffee itself, just doesn't do it for me. However, I could easily become a Tim Horton's fan. ☕☕☕☕☕☕

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and ice tea. Sandwich was burnt and tea had no taste I basically wasted my money!!! This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They need to be shut down

The worst Tim Hortons food wise. Been here 3 times and EVERY time the food is always stale or hard. This last visit was the last straw for a stale/hard donuts, bagels and breakfast sandwhich.

The chicken noodle soup was cold and we were treated like we were inconveniencing them when asking them to heat it up. My daughter had a few bites and said it tasted funny. I really hope she doesnt get sick from it. Also, the guy at the counter acted annoyed when we asked for a strawberry frozen lemonade because they were out of the strawberry. He didn't offer a regular frozen lemonade as an option; we had to ask for it. He was not helpful at all. I was not impressed at all and will not be back. There are so other places that I can waste my money on.... I know good workers are hard to come by but customers deserve better. And this was at 3:30pm so not during a rush; we were the only people in the place.
I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and a turkey club sandwich with bacon,This is not what I received. I also ordered a coffee with triple triple vanilla flavor, I got something completely different.I called and spoke to a manager who offered to replace my order.Which is wonderful, but my daughter was in the hospital and just had a baby and I have not been able to make it back up there.It'd be great to get what I ordered when I order it.

Came here first thing on a Sunday morning so everything should be nice and fresh, right? Not so much. Went in to order and the menu screens weren't even on yet. My husband ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. I wanted a dozen donuts. They only had a couple in the case, but the girls said they had more in the back. So they were very accommodating in getting me what i needed. But when we got home, the donuts were hard as rocks. Even my husband's sandwiches and coffee sucked. The girls were nice, but never coming back. There's alot better tim hortons out there
