Used to be a really good place to go before work but lately absolutely sucks, I've wasted money there twice now asking for a plain bagel with cream cheese. Cannot get any simpler of an order. What do I receive? Just the bagel. Another day I go and ask for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and a glazed donut. What do I receive? The plain bagel and for the donut, instead they gave me only the bottom half of a bagel bun. Hope you had fun wasting my money. Definitely not going back here.

The lady with the piercings is the reason why I will ALWAYS go back I saved an injured bird today and was a bit distraught because I had no idea how to help it, that is when the young lady with the piercings ( who was on her break, mind you) seen me in the parking lot with the bird. She proceeded to ask me if I need help and she basically at that point took over the birds rescue All while effectively doing her job Please give her a raise or something, she deserves it.

You would think the employees have to pay for the cream cheese themselves the way they barely put any on my bagels. Not just one time either! Quite annoying to say the least.
