I have been to many Tim Hortons And I've never asked for a avocado toast with butter and was denied to prepare. They told me I have to do it myself. Had me pull over and park and then had a employee bring out a thing of butter, avocado seeds and the avocado. Something is definitely wrong with this picture... Ridiculous!

I have been going here for a couple months now and there is always this one employee named Nick I think it was and every time I have gone there he has been very rude and smells of alcohol not to mention I've seen said employee throwing away liquor bottles. I've been cussed at by this employee yelled at insulted and I think something needs to be done. I'm pretty sure getting drunk at work is illegal...

Went there to get 2 dozen donuts at 7:30am - you would think a donut shop would have donuts - they were unable to give me that many. How does a donut shop not have enough donuts ready!

I loved their iced coffee but on Friday their vanilla iced coffee was awful. It had this awful smell and their 9 is the worse breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Their muffins are DELICIOUS.

Went and got a coffee and bagel paid extra for cream cheese ummm let me show a picture! The guy was too worried about singing whips and chains excite me in the window instead of worrying about making food correct. Oh and I asked for it to be double toasted… this like the 4th time I came here and it’s messed up every time. I almost went back to complain I should have. But I work midnights and I was tired. Ughhh

I ordered 3 meals what comes with a meal you ask a sandwich l, drink and hash brown. I didn't get my drink I clearly ordered then they said I never ordered it and got not a single hash brown for my other 2 orders. I didn't know it was rocket science to work at tim Hortons.

I ordered an iced cappuccino and it literally taste like chemicals, this has happened about 4 times to me at this location, I stop there everyday and spend my money and now I'm upset this is the 4th time I wasted my money and the assistant manager just said I'm sorry, no you need to check your machine or taste the iced cappuccino and see for yourself, it seems to only happen on Saturday mornings, I have never complained before but this is just horrible, someone is going to get sick
This morning I ordered a number 10 combo with hash brown for my side and up charge for a large coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar added. I received my wrap without the hash brown ? $10.12 was my total… so I asked at the window where my hash brown was? The cashier said o well we ran out! I replied ok well do I get something else or price reduction? No he said you have to order the combo! I replied so… a number 10 with hash brown for my side with the large coffee is not the correct way to order the combo???? Then the other employee stepped over and said sir you have to let us know you want the combo to get the hash brown ??? At this point I’m blown away at how there could be any misunderstanding or confusion seeing as how I go almost everyday ! I then replied well I’m paying for a combo with hash brown on the side and upsize coffee but not getting a hash brown correct? The employee said well we just ran out! So in my line of work if you don’t get something you pay for you get compensation! Either reduce price or other options to adjust values! I will never be going back there!! Seriously disappointed in the whole experience!!

they never known the difference in a mocha and vanilla iced coffee. sometimes i get both mixed in one but i only get mocha when order vanilla. happened many times for me to write a review

Attitudes are trash especially the girl in the back spouting off at customers trying to escalate the situation on an order they messed up i will never go back there again .that place can shut down and get rid of the garbage they got working there .
