Love my Tim Hortons
I ordered about $60 worth of food yesterday and this is by far the poorest quality Tim Hortons. I’ve ever been to everything was cold and clearly left from the day before I ordered eight hashbrowns and they were all thrown in a bag on top of each other without any wrappers, they were cold and broken, and whatever oil they were cooked in tasted rancid. Coffee was barely warm. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never come back to this location.

Outrageously horrible, rude, nasty customer service. Terrible products. No accountability for formal complaints made about the outrageously bad customer service or their inferior products. This store is terribly run and customers should avoid. This store location gives Tim Hortons a terrible look.
quick, nice, friendly, PLEASE CALIBRATE YOUR DRINKS EVERY DAY. 1/2 THE TIME YOUR HOT CHOCOLATE IS GREAT THE OTHER HALF IT WATER. SUCH A SIMPLE PROCESS TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK.
I feel absolutely disrespected by the questioning of the barista when handing my food, I said I did not get my second hash brown. I handed them my receipt. I tried to hand them the food. They tried to make a big ordeal and complain then they have to check the system in that system. I was in a hurry, but I did not get what I ordered regardless I drove away feeling extremely dissatisfied.
The eggs were very plastic and the hash browns have no comparison to McDonalds plus they were burnt. By far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever seen.

My family placed an order for delivery via DoorDash and items were missing. Instead of offering any kind of solution, the store manager was dismissive and said they have no quality control over their delivery partner and to call them to remedy the error. We’ve been Tim Horton’s customers for years and we’re very disappointed.

Almost $3 for a plain bagel with butter absolutely ridiculous.
I always like to visit here. They are fast and efficient. This Tim Horton is busy location and they always nice to people. I respect that.

They don’t know how to make a simple iced Capp so much cream I got a white iced Capp I’m drinking milk. They overload the bagel with cream cheese and don’t spread it, just plop it in there.

We stopped at this Rim Hortons location as a large group. There were 7 of us that all walked in at once and ordered at the counter and the experience was fast and easy. The sandwiches were made hot and fresh and coffee was prepared as ordered. The dining room was mostly clean, but had room for us all to sit. There is a small fireplace in the corner.
Parking: There is a large free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of kid friendly options.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the first floor and they have low top tables.
