The eggs were very plastic and the hash browns have no comparison to McDonalds plus they were burnt. By far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever seen.

My family placed an order for delivery via DoorDash and items were missing. Instead of offering any kind of solution, the store manager was dismissive and said they have no quality control over their delivery partner and to call them to remedy the error. We’ve been Tim Horton’s customers for years and we’re very disappointed.

I always like to visit here. They are fast and efficient. This Tim Horton is busy location and they always nice to people. I respect that.

They don’t know how to make a simple iced Capp so much cream I got a white iced Capp I’m drinking milk. They overload the bagel with cream cheese and don’t spread it, just plop it in there.

We stopped at this Rim Hortons location as a large group. There were 7 of us that all walked in at once and ordered at the counter and the experience was fast and easy. The sandwiches were made hot and fresh and coffee was prepared as ordered. The dining room was mostly clean, but had room for us all to sit. There is a small fireplace in the corner.

Parking: There is a large free parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of kid friendly options.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the first floor and they have low top tables.

terrible , i ordered a crossiant and a sprite and there was a bug in my sprite and i didn’t even notice until my sprite was halfway gone smh .

I just paid for a Nutella latte and it was served without Nutella or whipped cream. Then I asked the employee to add whipped cream and Nutella, and he added chocolate syrup. Then the other employee threw away half of the coffee to add the Nutella. At that point, I called her (a short Hispanic female) over and paid for a new drink and told them to make it correctly. The female employee charged me $6 more and then proceeded to make the coffee and added 6 pumps of chocolate syrup, which was about 2 inches of syrup in the cup. She did this on purpose. When she gave me the new drink, I took it, put both drinks in the trash, and left. Just follow the recipe. There is a lot of incompetence. Contact me. I want a refund. I paid for their mistakes and left with no drinks—$12 down the drain.
