There was hair in my food. Onions on my burger even though I ordered them without. And they were cracking up laughing in there for some reason. And then someone popped out gave me my food and sit absolutely nothing. Now have a good day. Thank you. Nothing..... I'm very experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I'm going to keep going to McDonald's Taco Bell or Arby's. I was there December 17th about 8:00 p.m.

No chocolate frosty, ever. Came here a while ago and wanted to try the at the time new girl scouts chocolate frosty and they said they could only make it with vanilla. Today, ordered a regular chocolate frosty and again they said they could only do a vanilla frosty. So sad, I love the chocolate frosty. :(

First off it's drive up window only they never open the restaurant anymore. Secondly we couldn't hardly hear the lady on the speaker and third the food is shoty hamburgers overcooked, French fries taste like they where cooked in oil from 1955. This was very disappointing 😞😕

Went here tonight and ordered 27 dollars worth of Wendy’s which is crazy but not this stores fault. The kid that took my order mumbled so I couldn’t hear him, wouldn’t read back the order. Then it took 20 minutes in the drive through after they made me pull up to a parking spot. After no one showed up for another 10 minutes I went back to the window. He held the bag out. When I got home the fries weren’t with my order which I was assuming what was taking so long. Called to get a refund and no one answered the phone.

This place sucks flat out wanna wait 45 minutes for 6 cars in a drive through go here coulda went to a restaurant and dined in if I wanted to waste a whole lunch break yall suck 🤣🤣🤣

I ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies AND THEY WERE BURNED!!! They cost to much to be like this!!! Burned cookies are an acquired taste and shouldn't be sold unless you tell the customer what they are receiving!! My favorite Wendys is on 12 & Hayes, where I usually get cookies that ain't burnt!
