I ordered through the mobile app and showed up at midnight. I was told to pull forward to a parking spot and my food would be brought out. I sat there for 42 minutes without my food coming out before I had to leave to get home. Ridiculous that should happen. Definitely never going to this location again. Now I need to call for a refund and hope it isn't a fight.

Update: went back the next day and the manager on duty quickly issued a refund and offered to make my order I never received. I was very satisfied with how the manager handled the situation.

BEWARE!! They don't give a receipt unless you ask, so make sure you do. And check it! I got charged extra for the pecans on my Apple Pecan Salad.

Update: I don't know why I keep coming back. The apple pecan salad is my favorite thing to get. The last 2 times the chicken on it was so dry I had to pick it off. And I'm not just being picky; one of those times, I thought they put croutons on the salad. Turned out to be my chicken. I don't know how long chicken has to sit out in order for it to get as hard as a crouton, but it probably isn't safe to eat long before it gets that hard.

Service was excellent. Food, not so much. Both the burger and fries were barely above room temperature. Fries had no salt. Burger was flavorless. And so was my ice tea.

Went thru drive thru and did not receive what I ordered. Ordered single combo meal. No mayo.
Charge for Medium combo meal. Receipt has no dollar values was $11.?? .
Received a kids round hamburger with Mayo & onions med Fry and drink.
Had to throw hamburger with Mayo in garbage and was on lunch with no time to go back.

Waited in the drive thru for 6 minutes because they didn't take personal in front of me.
Called to tell them that there was someone at the speaker.
I got to the window lady comes to the window, asked me if I was the one who called.
She replies I was taking his order.
Young boy hands me 2 bags I look in the bags. It was 2 chillies
Get my food . Bun was crushed burger fries and nuggets were cold. Very rude.

I pulled up to the drive through window to place an order, just to be told by someone working there that they are doing online orders only.... what's the point of a drive through if you can't even place an order?! Be better wendys!

This is the worst fast food restaurant! I am forced to give 1 star because they don’t offer 0. I have stopped going to this location because the last 6 times we’ve ordered from here, they have not had the items we have ordered. We paid them and then they told us they are out of the items. When asked for a refund, they tell us that they cannot give our money back, but they will give a substitution. The substitution is always cheaper than what I actually paid for.
I understand that restaurants run out of things once in a while. But every time we go there, the machines are down or they’re out of something.
The final straw for my family was when we ordered from the Wendy’s rewards app. We ordered food and were able to use a five dollar discount. That’s why I have the app, for the offers. But the app isn’t trustworthy. If they don’t have your item for whatever their pathetic excuse is, they will refuse to refund your money. There is a “cancel order” portion on the app but by the time they say they don’t have your complete order, it’s too late for the app to process this option. This makes this option impossible to stop the order and refunded for the items you are not receiving. I see this as theft.
We go to pick up our order and they tell us they don’t have half the items ordered. We told them this is ridiculous and unacceptable! We want our money back for the products which we never recieved! At that point the money had already been taken out of our account. We wanted our money back and their response was that there is nothing they could do about that. We would have to contact their service center. At that point that center is closed because it was around 8:15-8:20 pm and they close at 8pm. Also they are closed for the weekend. Since September 9, 2024 this store still owes me $43.50 for my order!! It has been three weeks and not one person has contacted me about this issue, though on that following Monday My husband made a complaint. He was told that they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I feel like that’s how long it should’ve taken to refund our money back into our bank account. We disputed the charges with our bank and they are still not cleared by Wendy’s. I received no food from this restaurant and they are still not giving my family our money back!!!! Service is a joke both in store and online. I feel like this store stole from my family. They didn’t give me any food but yet are not resolving this issue. We left straight from the store and went to a different location in Warren. That Wendy’s had everything so we ordered from them. Their customer service was great and their food was hot. Unlike when I go to this store every time we get food, it’s cold and stale. Literally the worst Wendy’s I have ever went to in my life. This store is about five minutes away from my home and I will never go to that location again. It’s worth the drive to go to a different location that’s further away! Hey Wendy’s! I still want my $43.50 for the products I never received!
