Service was bad. My husband burger was the baconator, no bacon. My chicken sandwich wasn't grilled. Fries were way to salty.

Ha ha ha .. All Wendy’s live up to being crappy, the system is always down and just don’t want to do their job… it’s also very sad that they never can get an order correct…. Sad excuse they gave me some soggy ass chicken on my sandwich and when I complained all they did was drop it back in the oil and didn’t give me a new patty 😢😒…

Personally blacklisting this Wendys.

Food quality was bad. Stale buns, runny mayonnaise, no salt on fries/patty, pop was flat, and everything was lukewarm. I threw out my food.

Service was horrible. Drivethru said doordash/online orders only, but took the orders of cars that arrived after me. Took ~20mins.

I tried being polite by saying please and thankyou, but the workers were rude with single-word answers, heard them raising their voices to other cars, and very cold when I pulled up.

Laziest employees i have ever seen. Ordered breakfast online, and showed up before breakfast ended and was informed they were unable to complete our order. Made us wait in the drive thru till after breakfast to be told all of this. Won't be going back ever.

Ordered a couple of frostys over an hour from when they close on the app. Drive all the way there, don’t want to make my frosty’s. Poor service.

Employee claimed a 10-15 minute wait for drive-thru orders due to short staffing, yet there were no other customers in sight. The drive-thru lane was empty, and the parking lot was nearly deserted. Compared to the Burger King and McDonald’s close by . Meanwhile, 2-3 employees were lounging outside in the car , smoking and chatting in their uniforms, completely unbothered by the lack of productivity.

I was shocked and disappointed by the blatant lack of effort. I didn't bother placing my order, as the long wait time was unacceptable for a drive thru order. It's clear that the employees' laziness was a significant contributing factor to the delays, rather than a genuine staffing issue!!

I took my business to Burger King next door instead, where I received prompt and friendly service. It's a shame that this restaurant can't seem to get its act together. If they don't improve their customer service and employee work ethic, they'll likely suffer the same fate as the nearby KFC that closed down due to similar issues.

Asked for a dobble bacon burger. Charged for a dobble bacon burger, got a cold single, no bacon, only one patty. Recept is for a dobble with bacon.
The second time, they messed up a simple order.

Ordered from here twice in the past 2 weeks..... Both times the orders were wrong and items missing. Why take orders if you can't complete them? Go to another Wendy's this place should not be open.

Lazyass workers. Always lying talking about Cash Only!! They know people mainly have credit or debit so they lie to not have to work. Just shut it down already this is all the time.. Horrible
