If I could give it zero stars, I would. The light skin man with dreads that worked on September 4 during the evening shift and dinner rush, should be FIRED. I have never been talked to so rudely in my entire life. Literally yelled that they were out of almost everything through the ordering speaker and when I asked if I could add a dipping sauce before paying, since I know they usually charge for it, he cut me off and was extremely rude telling me I couldn’t add anything. My food, wrappers, and cups were sticky and dripping with food and frosty. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I truly hope this young man has a good talking to because I will never come back here! he kept looking out the window and cussing that he was angry that there were so many cars. Obviously he has no idea what his job role is and what it pertained to when he applied for the job.

Wendy’s, hire better people. I’m so disgusted.

This visit happened on Tue 8/26/2025 around 8:00pm. The only car in line, took forever for anyone to speak and was then told to wait, found the staff to be rude and totally detached from the customer. Unsanitary kitchen, employees handling food with bare hands as well as grabbing empty cups with fingers inside. Health Dept. should shut this place down. And of course, got home to find that I was given a DoorDash order instead of what I had ordered however the Frosty was correct. Dave Thomas did not establish this chain with standards this low. If I was his daughter (Wendy) I would have my name removed from this restaurant.

0 stars Worst experience every half hour just to order. 2 Jr cheeseburger deluxe and get to plain hamburger. And now they will not answer the damn phone. They deserve low wages for there stupidity.

I ordered half a hour before they closed on the Wendy’s app for pickup . pulled up to get my food and no one came to the window for over 10-15 mins . Then finally someone comes to the window and says that they are closed. I tried canceling the order but for some reason it wouldn’t work they told me i had to call an online provider and I was never refunded! $40 spent on NOTHING!

Stopped by this Wendy’s today and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The lady at the window was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making my day better. You can tell she takes pride in her job and in treating customers well. I left with a smile — service like that is rare these days. Whoever she is, Wendy’s is lucky to have her!

Nuggets aren’t done all the way , they gave us food they wasn’t fully cooked . When I called back no one answered . Going back tomorrow for refund

It was disgusting that the staff stood outside the door smoking cigarettes while we were in line waiting a long time for two items. It took a long time for a honey biscuit chicken sandwich & fries & there was no one ahead of us so the long wait watching the smoking going on was not very nice.

Your employees were mean when asking for a,refund. I had to drive back with roadblocks for gratiot cruise. The put all stuff on bacon cheeseburger an I bit into it. I had to spit it out I could have add an allergic reaction they didn't care. I ASKED OVER 6 TIMES FOR A REGIND UNTIL I WAS Crying and shaking with a full lown panic attack. I have I bood pressure in danger zone when upset. O should have called 911. My heart was jumping out of my chest. They finally gave me a refund. I'm still shaking, I told my kids Wendy's caused it. I will never go to your place again when you hire staff. IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW YOURE WENDY'S SUCKS.

Edit: 7 Years later...and this location has improved, depending on the management. Currently 2025 we have had no issues this year!

This location used to be known for messing your order up every. single. time. It was better for awhile, but has taken a turn backwards. This time sold a drink they were out of and when asked to refund the drink, refunded the order and took it back. Awesome. DONE. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While standing there waiting for my order, the man who had been before me came back up with his food because there was a hair in it. I get it, mistakes happen. But once I got my food and went home, halfway through my salad I also found a hair. Do you know how DISGUSTING it is to find a coiled black hair in the midst of your half-eaten salad?! And for it to happen twice in a row with two different customers! The health department needs to be enforcing Hygiene rules. If you aren't going to keep your hair up, in a hat, or in a hair net...you have no business handling food!

First off did online order, wasn't ready when I got there, even got there about 10mins late.

Went inside to wait for order and place looks nasty, food crumbson chairs and tables, empty cups left on tables, windows looks like they haven'tbeen clean in weeks/ employee sleeping in dinning area.

Doordasher came in for 10 nuggets and waited 45mins.

I dont know how this Wendy's is shut down yet.

Why don’t I go to this restaurant and they tell me at 12 o’clock that they’re only accepting DoorDash and mobile orders when they close at 1 o’clock that is outrageous. I went to another Wendys and they said no that is false. The reason was because they had to start cleaning stuff. Sorry I’d work for Wendys and that’s not the way it works.

12 mile and Hayes has one of the best service around
There always well staffed, very kind, and well spoken. The girl with Blonde short hair who opens ever Saturday at 6 am makes me, my friend, and mother welcome. The food is always biggest separate and I don't even ask. The food is always fresh and well cooked. This woman deserves a raise, please Wendys give her a promotion. I don't know who she is or her name but I just would like to thank wendys for the great costumer service.

Service was bad. My husband burger was the baconator, no bacon. My chicken sandwich wasn't grilled. Fries were way to salty.
