Large order. Ordered HiC Fruit punch but didn't get in the order. Also ordered chicken nuggets but didn't get the barbecue sauce as requested.

Messed up my order was very polite inside. It’s whatever then my buddy goes thru drive thru n gets attitude because it’s kinda hard to hear through the speaker. She didn’t seem happy about having to repeat herself. Before we pull to the window he asks to make sure both meals are large. She answered yes. 60 seconds later we pull up to the window and she hands him a large coke and a medium one. This place was not busy! We were the only ones in line! Moral of the story don’t expect the food you order because not one thing was correct out of both orders.

Sticky door, sticky floor, dripping ceiling. Lukewarm cardboard food. No carbonation in the drink, ice out in pop machine, as well as %60 of the choices of bevs. So sad I just wasted $12 on this dissapointment. Go anywhere else than here

I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding the service I received as a DoorDash driver at your location today.

Not only were the staff rude to DoorDash drivers, but I was also made to wait for over ten minutes without anyone offering an estimated time for my customer's order. All other customers were served before me…

Furthermore, employees who are supposed to be assisting customers were loudly complaining about internal staffing issues (call-offs), creating an unprofessional environment that was clearly audible to working delivery drivers and patrons. That’s really embarrassing for you. When the employees perform like they were hired purely to babysit each other and complain—not serve—it's not a staffing issue; it's definitive proof of managerial negligence that poisons the entire operation.

Due to the lack of professionalism and poor service, I will no longer be accepting orders from this location. If management's communication is weaker than the plastic spoon they give you, the whole operation is bound to break

If you really want Wendy's save yourself the hassle and go to a different location. This place sucks. We've given the multiple chances; food is never hot or correct. We give up.

I had a delivery with Uber eats and everything was wrong! Almost $30 for a wrong order? The guy I talked to was nice but still!! Nothing was correct

Got a salad and they gave the wrong chicken and only a few pieces that were old and crusty. Pretty much just grabbed pieces left on the grill. Did not eat and threw away. Did not care or take any sort or pride in their job.

So the apps asks you how you want to pick up the food. I select drive thru but when I pull up I get told I have to come inside. Then the cashier has headphones in and can’t hear me as I’m speaking to him. And then I hear them talking shit about me and my order as I’m waiting.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The light skin man with dreads that worked on September 4 during the evening shift and dinner rush, should be FIRED. I have never been talked to so rudely in my entire life. Literally yelled that they were out of almost everything through the ordering speaker and when I asked if I could add a dipping sauce before paying, since I know they usually charge for it, he cut me off and was extremely rude telling me I couldn’t add anything. My food, wrappers, and cups were sticky and dripping with food and frosty. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I truly hope this young man has a good talking to because I will never come back here! he kept looking out the window and cussing that he was angry that there were so many cars. Obviously he has no idea what his job role is and what it pertained to when he applied for the job.

Wendy’s, hire better people. I’m so disgusted.

This visit happened on Tue 8/26/2025 around 8:00pm. The only car in line, took forever for anyone to speak and was then told to wait, found the staff to be rude and totally detached from the customer. Unsanitary kitchen, employees handling food with bare hands as well as grabbing empty cups with fingers inside. Health Dept. should shut this place down. And of course, got home to find that I was given a DoorDash order instead of what I had ordered however the Frosty was correct. Dave Thomas did not establish this chain with standards this low. If I was his daughter (Wendy) I would have my name removed from this restaurant.

0 stars Worst experience every half hour just to order. 2 Jr cheeseburger deluxe and get to plain hamburger. And now they will not answer the damn phone. They deserve low wages for there stupidity.

I ordered half a hour before they closed on the Wendy’s app for pickup . pulled up to get my food and no one came to the window for over 10-15 mins . Then finally someone comes to the window and says that they are closed. I tried canceling the order but for some reason it wouldn’t work they told me i had to call an online provider and I was never refunded! $40 spent on NOTHING!

Stopped by this Wendy’s today and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The lady at the window was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making my day better. You can tell she takes pride in her job and in treating customers well. I left with a smile — service like that is rare these days. Whoever she is, Wendy’s is lucky to have her!
