I went today to pick up dinner for my family. I saw a promo on their window say $2.99 for their kid's meal from 5 to 8pm. Great, well the cashier nice but felt she was clueless. I asked if there any substitutes for fries. She said only baked potato. Hmmm okay strange for a kid's meal. Then she rang me up for the full price for the kid's meal.
I asked her what about the promo. She was afraid to ask one of her co-workers for help. Also did not get a receipt, well they both went back to see the order, the other worker was asking about my order, they both printed it out my receipt, didn't ask me if everything was okay or not. Called me up for my order, no apology, nothing. Really I don't for the 1.70 back, but the lack of training is pathetic.

Got the salad but specifically asked for no cheese, the person taking the order seemed to think there was no cheese in the ingredients. Got the salad and covered in blue cheese, was not able to eat it at all. Very disappointing.

Drive thru guy was very rude had a door dash asked to pull forward and the guy at the drive thru was very rude and said no you need to wait! What was I waiting for when I just had a door dash to pick up!

Make sure to check your order every time. Notoriously bad for forgetting items. Service is always slow. Over all their food is decent being fast food and all. I recommend you go somewhere else unless you are in a pinch. You have been warned.

This place needs leadership and better management, this wendys location used to be good and it's falling off, I used to wait 5 min for food to be ready and now it takes up to 15 min to almost 25 and need more staff, I know this place can be good but it needs more effort and gratitude, I only see 2 hard workers in there and especially in the summer it has not been easy at all for them everytime I've come to this location

Got there at 8:30pm to dine in. Was the only one in the lobby, still had to 10 wait minutes before I was helped. I wasnt greeted. Cashier was silent and unfriendly. Fries were cold. Wont be coming back anytime soon.

The chocolate frosty machine was broken or something so we had to get vanilla. Something seemed wrong with their ordering system BUT they were super nice even though there was an issue with our order. The food was really great, we could taste the quality. Although things weren't perfect we will be back.
