Went there at 10min to 8:00 in the morning no freaking coffee
This happened about 5 weeks ago. We went in the establishment to put an order and nobody was there. We waited and knocked at the counter for about 12-15 minutes and no service so we just walked away. When we got in the car we noticed the personnel coming from the other side of the parking lot with cigarettes being tossed to the ground (at least that’s what it looked like).
I used the Wendy's app to place a delivery order. They used a 3rd party service, Door Dash. The delivery driver picked up my order, drove half way and cancelled it. They stole my money and my food. Wendy's told me I had to contact Door Dash and now I have to wait 10-12 days for a refund on a Wendy's Gift Card that I used to pay for the order. They don't have an option to remake the order without additional payment, I'm pissed and staying away from this location. I did contact the store and they were no help.
Staff was super friendly, the food was good and the updated interior makes the space much more appealing for dining in. Since we don't dine out often it was nice to have such a positive experience.

They got my order wrong and I will hate them forever.
The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Good luck getting someone through the drive through. Had to go inside and the man looked at me for 5 minutes before he decided to help me. Wont be going back.
Horrible slow - staff behind counter is like watching aJerry Springer episode. 4 people came in and left in a matter of 15 min because no one came to the counter

Do not bother. First time, watched a guy walk out with ‘trash’ to meet his gf behind the dumpsters to make out. Second time there were no cars there- a Friday at 8pm and I had to repeat my order 4x with a lot of silence to order 4 frostys, not sure what was difficult about that.
Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes when there was no one there. Got my order wrong, and was actively on a phone call.
Fast service.
Usually a bad experience but this time great service
Sat in drive thru 5 minutes before someone spoke.Said wait a minute, another 5 minutes went by! I Left and went to Shoenherr Wendys.
