Ordered ahead didn’t get help for 25 min standing in line on top of my 15 min wait for a order I ordered ahead this is insane

Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes before even being addressed. Mind you theres only one car in the drive thru to begin with. I hear "give me one second" after those 5 minutes..proceeded to wait a few more minutes until i was helped. The people working had no customer service skills at all! Need to learn how to interact with customers. Maybe yall should fire everyone and start new, i mean look at these reviews?? Also i ordered hic fruit punch. Does this look like hi-c? It is fanta strawberry but taste like they didn't change the syrup.

Went yesterday and sat at the drive up window about 5 mins not a word was said until I said hello to which I got a reply that the window was down🤦🏼♀️ a sign would have been nice. Went inside to wait another 5 or so minutes before anyone even took my order and no one was friendly no thank you no welcome there need to work on there people skills.
They need to pay attention I ordered yesterday a double and I single and paid 18.67 . When I got home all I got was 2 singles . No excuse for incompetence when you’re paying Almost 20.00 .

I do not think I have ever written a bad review, but there’s a first for everything. Let me start off by saying I love Wendy’s it is always a go to for me if I have to eat fast food because I genuinely feel like overall the food is good and the prices are affordable with today’s situations. So note this is strictly a location issue in my personal opinion. Almost every single time I have ordered here something goes wrong. And I order the same thing every time. A biggie bag and spicy nuggets. When it’s something simple like giving me regular nuggets over spicy I don’t complain because it’s very small. But it’s never just that. More than 5 times in the last 3 months I have had plain burgers come out with everything on them, and by time I get a replacement burger my fries and nuggets are cold. So today to try to combat the issue instead of doing drive through I decided to go in and place my order. I also thought (as someone who has done fast food before) it could maybe be an issue on how tickets were read for the biggie bags, so instead I ordered a Son of a Baconator Meal (which would have less toppings to remove to make plain AND would prove my previous theory right or wrong) and to no surprise, even though I had verbally clarified at least twice at the counter and double checked the screen “cheese, and ketchup, NO MAYO”. My order still came out wrong. And again, even though my burger wasn’t remade fresh and I just asked for a replacement of the top half, I waited so long my fries and nuggets became cold, yuck. I would like to add that as I was waiting I could overhear an employee begging to leave her shift early …. Meanwhile her poor coworker was not only running drive through alone, he also seemed to be picking up her slack too (from what I can see from the counter)…..This is not a company issue this is a location issue. I am sure there are many different factors here. Underpaid/overworked staff, poor hiring processes, poor work ethics…. Ect. But to the Wendy’s on Garfield and 19 DO BETTER PLEASE

Waited half an hour in life for them to joke around and take care of one car at a time. I ordered as I was going through reviews. Pulled up the the window (which was nasty) to wait another 5 minutes. Wasn't helped so I drove off to the other wendys 5 minutes away.

43010 Garfield was the location I placed my first mobile order at today. They didn’t know anything about my order apparently. The girl at the window looked way too high to be dealing with customers. And a guy in the back kept yelling “you’re probably at the wrong store” yet I showed them the receipt on my phone and asked if this was 43010 Garfield, in which she responded yes. My order was small… so being under $5 wasn’t a huge deal. Sure, I’m upset because I only have $18 left for 2 days but I work with customer service at a dealership and was honestly surprised with how bad this service was. The white girl at the window looked miserable and way too high, and after reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one. Idk how this place isn’t shut down.
