Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. I was the only customer 30 minutes after they opened. Was told it would a little bit because they had to cook sausage and egg. On top of that they didn't have any coffee. Employee was nice but this is not where I'd stop for food on the go. Over ten minute wait.
I see im not the only one. Looks like new workers need to be brought in. Ive been quite a few times but havent visited since moving. To make a long story short. Lady almost forgot to give me my debit card back, had to loop around twice for corrections, cold fries, and food tossed around.

The service is horrible. They are rude and not friendly at all. I was literally handed my food through a small window opening with not a single word said. The food was cold and the fries were obviously old and soggy. This is a horrible location I would never Recommend to visit this particular Wendy’s.

How are you people so incompetent? I had been craving a Dave's double. I come here and order one. My first time to this store because the one on Schoener and 19 is terrible. I order the double, get home and it's a chicken sandwich in the bag. Such a disappointment.

I was in the drive thru behind 4 cars and no one moved for 5 minutes so I went inside. There were 10 people ahead of me and I waited 5 minutes and none of the workers took the first person’s order. A man in front said it is always like this. When I left before ordering (because I was on lunch break), the same car was waiting to place their order (so 10 minutes had passed). It’s actually laughable how poor the service is.

At this location the food is hot and fresh. I ordered chicken nuggets but they were out of stock. The manager didnt tell me that he replaced my nuggets with chicken strips which are more expensive but I was not charged for the price of the chicken strips I was charged chicken nugget price. The manager is kind and has a great attitude towards his customers. Visit this Wendys and you find out for yourself you will not be disappointed.
Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru before someone even took my order. There was one car in the parking lot. Ordered a Dave's double and medium fry. Got home and had a chicken sandwich and junior fries. Very sad
I asked for two biggie bags, the guy taking the order was just rushing me and I repeated at the window what the order was and said two biggie bags and still they messed it up. So I proceeded to go inside and the manager said he didn't want to deal with this and said do you have a receipt and I didn't get one, but then the manager instead of fixing the order says you want to pay for the nugget and fries, smh these fast food workers suck here. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I went today to pick up dinner for my family. I saw a promo on their window say $2.99 for their kid's meal from 5 to 8pm. Great, well the cashier nice but felt she was clueless. I asked if there any substitutes for fries. She said only baked potato. Hmmm okay strange for a kid's meal. Then she rang me up for the full price for the kid's meal.
I asked her what about the promo. She was afraid to ask one of her co-workers for help. Also did not get a receipt, well they both went back to see the order, the other worker was asking about my order, they both printed it out my receipt, didn't ask me if everything was okay or not. Called me up for my order, no apology, nothing. Really I don't for the 1.70 back, but the lack of training is pathetic.
